Quite a respectable hotel however Chongqing is not a regular western stop over, despite being a major hop on, off theYangze gorge cruise boats. most tourists get off a cruise boat and travel on without a stop over or arrive from somewhere straight onto a cruise boat. Bit sad because they miss out on some genuine Chinese living. 3 nights there and some interesting things to see despite a few language difficulties, all part of the fun of travelling. No western style meals at all available although a knife and fork was found for us. The hotel was about a good 3 low 4 star max but clean and tidy. Would like to go back again.
