Checked in late to this hotel. Quiet a busy night for them as there was a event happening. Staff not really helpful during check-in. Rooms were huge as we have booked a bigger suite room. Come with separate hall and bed area. In the center of the hall was an automated Mahjong Table. Impressive. Bed was firm and comfortable. Amenities were minimal but sufficient. This hotel is more keen to sell its toiletries, snacks, mineral water, drinks and cigarettes in the room. Every inch and corner has things to be sold with a price. Morning buffet was quiet disappointing. No coffee machine spotted, no where to be found too. Not even offered by the service staffs. 99% food is local cuisine. Only the bread section I considered it as western. Me and my Wife only had the toast and walked out of the restaurant. Would choose to try other hotels when returning to Changsha.
