8 reviewsA very basic hostal, older and a bit run down but clean; located near the university in a decent neighborhood. The three of us were given a room with 6 beds and a private bath, for about $32/night. Beds clean. The bathroom was small, I don't know how they got a toilet into the small space, it was cramped but oh well. The shower had hot water, it took a couple of minutes to heat up. The lady was very nice, they brought us in a gas heater to warm up the room. I parked my car in the small driveway behind their gate. Wifi, cable tv, and breakfast included. She asked what time we would want breakfast, and had our table set the night before, with a little time card on it. When I said we don't drink coffee, she was so thoughtful as to run down to the store to get a packet of hot chocolate mix! You won't have a beautiful room, but it's a good alternative to the expensive hotels in Concepción.
