I stayed here during my recent 8 week trip to Patagonia and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The husband and wife who run the place are incredibly helpful and have a wholistic approach to the stay with them. They will help to organise tourist trips and help you to get to places. The rooms are large and comfortable and the cooking and kitchen facilities are great. The location is good but bear in mind that it is about a one kilometre walk from the ferry.
