2 nights in Kolina: the reception is at the top: everything is made to feel at home; the house mango punch is a murder, the kitchen is at the top; breakfast on the covered terrace away from the city offers an incredible view.

It's a great stay.

Small modern hotel with panorama view terrace where breakfast and dinner (on request) are served.  Unfortunately we were accommodated in room 11, which was sparely furnished and looked out to the terrace, so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times. Also, the house is very noisy. But the landlady is friendly and helpful.

Good location for hiking

Beautiful view for this hotel which offers a terrace overlooking the city and the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the establishment is extremely clean, you can eat on the ground. Full lunch, a little more variety would be a plus... fresh drinks available 24 hours a day... the boss speaks French... very good address.

On the heights

We stayed in room 6. This is a large comfortable room with a balcony with
180 degrees ocean view. 10 minutes uphill walk from the center.
Breakfast is served on the roof terrace. There is an honesty bar on the
first floor with beer and soft drinks.

It's a very comfortable and simple residence with a terrace that offers a nice sea view. The rooms are spacious and clean.

A clean hotel with no style and no charm, a little out of the center, no lighting and no fixing, no ordering of coffee in the afternoon, one bean per cup, breakfast okay, nice view on the roof terrace.

That's how it goes.

A little out of town, a bit high up, the building is new. Quality of random reception depending on the time (few staff not always on site; no one at night). Functional rooms with no special interest except for the view. Avoid rooms 1&2 that look directly at the entrance/reception (may be noisy). Good breakfast on the terrace with a nice view. For a night or two as long as you are not looking for charm.

Functional

We spent the night in this small, clean hotel, a little out of the village. The manager suggested that the guests bring them back from the center after dinner! The shower was a little small, but the room was very comfortable. It was very quiet. Breakfast was served high up on the terrace, overlooking the ocean.

Clean and quiet residential area

There aren't too many options in Ponta de Sol. This one is very basic and is a long hot walk up the hill out of the village. The rooms are simple but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The views form the rooms that overlook the village are wonderful.



Acceptable 

Nice, simple hotel. A little walk up the hill from the main town, so with magnificent views from the breakfast terrace. Beds a good size but a little soft and with sheets that 'pinged off'. Might be my sleeping style though! Very calm and peaceful. Stayed with our two boys (9 and 10).
