Older property but very clean and maintained, renovated.

It was clean, fairly quiet. We traveled with pets for a dog show, so we were a fan of the motel style door out and the second door to the inner hallway that we used for the continental breakfast. We were also impressed with the breakfast. They offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and pancakes.

Hotel room was clean. Quiet and easy parking.

This is a grest place to stay with our dog.  Rooms aref clean and comfortable.  Quiet at night.  Front reception is very friendly and efficient.  The included breakfast was pretty good.  The price was a great value.  We stay here often on trips west.

What a GEM! Far exceeded expectations. Perfect place to stop on my drive from BC to Manitoba. Breakfast was perfect. My room had been recently updated. New AC. Definitely will stay there on my drive back!  So happy to stay in a non-chain motel.

I would rate this property 7.5 out of 10. I stayed 2 nights. My first room was nice and clean, but it was positioned right over the lobby and above where the breakfast is prepared. I was awoken by the smell of the onion flavoured hash browns. I wanted to sleep a little longer. I found the trucks in the area quite loud in the morning. The room was nice and it was a good location, would stay again if I needed a short term stay. My second room was further down the hall, plain, but clean, trucks outside woke me up in the morning.

it was clean and well serviced-suggestions for maintenance and improvement of suites: done use wall paper, it conceals mould growth. also suggest to install Panasonic brand bathroom fans for future upgrades to the bathrooms, this will improve bathroom ventilation and if you install these fans with dc motors they cost $3 per year to run. the fans you have now likely cost you around $7 per month for each fan.that would provide you with a very substantial electric savings.

The price was amazing for this hotel. Couldnt get a better dealand got therenot reali,ing breakfast was included. Room was so clean fresh and huge for the price. Water was hot and good pressure bed was so comfortable and i was hapy with the mattrice cover made me smile they really keep it clean. And i loved the first floor 2 way access. All in all for a 1 night stay great place to stay and there was sit down restaurant across the street and gas across the other all perfect and so close to highway but not loud. Thanks i have a great stay

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in years - no lie. The breakfast was great every morning (sausage, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns) with yogurt, fruit, bottled water, coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. Staff all friendly and nice. Next door to RCMP detachment was a plus - backs a school yard so quiet at night. Only thing I suggest is weather stripping around the doors to fix the gap and quiet down the AC unit because it was really loud - but you got used to it quick. AC worked so well. Room was great! Pet friendly ($15/nite charge for a pet - worth it) we brought a small car vaccum to clean just in case so our dog didn’t find random things to eat on the floor - there was not one thing. Extremely clean. Very impressed. Soft, comfy beds. Lots of tv channels with some movie channels. Keurig in room. I liked staying there :)

No more food in the breakfast area around 8:40am I approach the staff and she said last refill is 8:30am. I asked her till what time is your breakfast time she said 9am. So how come they don't want to refill if there is no food at 8:40am? Garbage is also overflowing. Everything is amazing till in the morning..

We had a fabulous stay!  Our initial 1-night booking turned into 3, as the accommodations and amenities were just that good.  Rooms are very clean and provide a large screen TV, comfortable beds, hot shower and a breakfast that is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend!  You won’t get a better value for your money than here!!

We stayed one night and were very satisfied for the price. The room was excruciatingly clean. The bathroom was small, but had a nice deep tub. It was very quiet and the heating apparatus worked perfectly. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The staff was nice and came up to help us with the vey large television which Was a little bit perplexing.  The breakfast was plentiful, though not terrific. Powdered scrambled eggs but lots of bacon and sausage plus the usual processed items like cereal and yogurt.  Plentiful coffee.

There was one flight of stairs to our room. The stairs seemed oddly steep, and quite tiring if you’re carrying luggage.

Can't say enough about The Great place' The Westlake Inn is... wonderful experience, superb bedding, Cloudlike beds... Lovely breakfast ... wow .. This Was a real treat . everything you Could ask for ... Including The Best Price of The year ...I actually told them to charge more ..this place' was Just so comfortable and super clean.... Loved it' all... And they were pet friendly ... our fur Baby lulu! Loved it'... she Never woke up once during The night...if you're in Strathmore... don't hesitate to stay Here ...smoke Free ...no Stinky pot or vape!!!... you'll love it' ..we did .. thanks Westlake Inn...we Love you...friendly helpful and professional staff.... so refreshing...

Absolutely Great! A real treat 🤠

I stayed here on my way out to Banff  coming from Moose Jaw.  I was very happy with all aspects of my stay except the breakfast here which was lacking any warm /hot food(but I found the same thing at two other Super 8's I stayed at on this trip also).
I was happy enough with this hotel to stay here again on my return trip.
