Stayed for the night of July 15th, 2023.

Room was well appointed and clean. Check in was smooth and agents were friendly.

Hotel has pool and waterslide which were busy with kids and family.

Casino building is attached to hotel by skywalk.

Breakfast was not included in room rate but they have restaurant and bar in the loony level.

The only reason I didn’t gave full five stars is way too casual dressing by Front Desk staff. I know that slowly hotels in North America are getting away with uniforms for the staff but there have to be minimum dress code for Front Desk Agents.

I recommend this property. If you have kids then this is the best hotel to stay.

Great Value

Hotel looks very nice from the photos online, but the rooms were actually meh. Room didn’t seem to be cleaned well /checked over before our arrival. Eg. Bottom frame on one bed was dirty and looked like it needed a wipe down. There was a random crumb on top of the headboard near the lamp. Body wash in the shower was empty so ended up having to use the tiny bar soap (for hands) to shower.

The room served its purpose for us which was a place to sleep which is why I rated it ‘average’ but not our favourite Days Inn location we’ve stayed at.

Rooms not thoroughly cleaned/checked

I managed a hockey team with 40 ppl total. All our needs were accommodated with a great meeting room and food delivered to our meeting room both nights. Food was delicious, hot and delivered on time. Staff were beyond friendly! 
Front desk was very accommodating with lost key cards, extra items for our rooms and a late checkout for the team!
Communication was efficient with the GM as well as the banquet staff.

Pool was a blast for the kids. It was supervised and not overly busy.
Perk of the trip! Northern lights casino!!!
I will highly recommend this hotel to any Regina and surrounding areas to stay here!

A MUST FOR HOCKEY TEAMS!! This

Room was very clean, tight security in hotel and pool which I appreciated. Keeps things from getting chaotic. Pool is nice, my kids really enjoyed it  and price is reasonable. However,!they won’t let you check in before the 3pm time which many other hotels will if room is cleaned. But this is their policy…so we waited until 11 to check out to get our time worth out of the pool. Will stay again.

Good stay

The first room I went to had stains all over the mattress protector, and the mattress was stained all over. The second room they tried to give me was not cleaned from the previous guests.
The shower curtain literally fell off the wall. The water took like 5 mins to heat up. No pressure. The sink drain clogged over and over. 
The staff were mostly very nice and respectful. The pool looked nice.  I was there for an extended period of time and they gave me a microwave which was cool. Some kids on the weekend running up and down the halls, but not a huge deal. 
The place was generally clean though, but the room had a weird smell. I actually bought febreze to remedy this smell.

Check the mattresses

The rooms are clean and so comfortable. The staff always went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had. The pool and water slide were awesome. Overall it just felt like home. I highly recommend staying as you feel like family unlike those big box hotels.

Friendliest Staff Ever

Worst hotel experience I've had. Wanna know why? 

-We had to keep going to the front desk to get our keys re-programmed, as they'd only work once. In two days, we had to do that 5 times! 
-Side door locks at 10pm so we couldn't even park by our room and go through the side entrance after going out for supper. 
-The room was tiny, and sub-standard, with no microwave.
-TV remote volume couldn't be turned down. 
-Very humid, sheets felt damp, even with a/c on all night. 
-Very loud in the hallway as we were close to the pool.
-Shower was permanently set to lukewarm, no hot or cold. 
- Housekeeping and front desk called and came to our room both mornings to ask if we were checking out and when. 

If you want a pleasant place to stay, better re-think this place!

I'd rethink this place if I were you..

We reserved a room 3 days prior to arriving. Upon arrival my wife, 9 year old daughter and I were told that our room wasn’t a “guaranteed room”. 
What? Isn’t that what a reservation means? 

We were told that a block of rooms were given to a large group. 

Strongly do not recommend. I’ve never been treated with disrespect like that and I treat everybody with respect. 



Rooms not “guaranteed”

I have never had to wait in a line to check out of a hotel. Water slide was great, hot tub was cold, shower was scortching hot. Everything was generally good just a bit backwards. Needs more signs to find pool area

Half hour checkout

I enjoy staying at Prince Albert inn, the beds are comfortable and kids enjoyed the water slide!  It’s a great place to stay! Upon check in, it’s easy and fast! I recommend Prince Albert inn for your future stays
