Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy.

We had driven for the past three days from Phoenix. This was our last leg before home the next day. Don't judge a book by its cover. The room was great. Loved the cool phone charger/light.

I had a spacious King room with a little table and chairs, making it easy to work on my laptop and watch TV. The bed was very comfortable. The motel is right next to a Dairy Queen so I got a chicken salad and a Blizzard for dinner.

This property was conveniently located. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was in good shape and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Mom and I got here very late at night after driving almost 700km in about 13 hours and making multiple stops to see attractions along the way. The manager who greeted us was super nice and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service. You will never regret your stay here.

Quite and convenient for highway stop over

Convenient, clean and a great price! Perfect stop on our way from Glacier to Banff!

When I book with 3rd party companies I assume issues will occur and this time the room that i booked was not available. I accepted a regular room. I originally canceled aa regular room do to an error of Sept 14, when I canceled the cheap room I was offered a more expensive room with a jacuzzi and gladly excepted because I was feeling sick. The room was not available when I arrived but accepted a lower valued room as long as it had a bathtub. There was no hot water and was told the hotel ran out and hot water would be restored. I had a temperature of 102.4F but had to leave this hotel because hot water was not restored when I woke up. The staff was excellent and I refuse to leave a bad google review because I understand these issues. Expedia gets the thumbs down as a 3rd party company offering rooms that are not available. I typically always contact thw hotel to make sure jacuzzi's are clean and available when booking a room because this is a common problem. I did not do this and assume responsibility  but my urgency do to what I thought might be covid and needed to rest. I tested negative for Covid and booked a room hoping this bug would go away. After driving from Canada to Rigby Idaho I had a room with a jacuzzi booked directly with Motel 6. Stayed for 2 days and recovered from flu. 3rd Party companies do not care or confirm room availability and I will only utilize them if they confirm availability and  working jacuzzi.

Best hotel in the Claresholm area. We stayed at the Best Seven Inn for a weekend and the rooms were clean and the hospitality was unmatched. The people working the front desk and housekeeping were completely dedicated to the comfort of our stay an the maintenance of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Claresholm area. 

Best Hotel in Claresholm area!

Very nice management and housekeeping.   Very old property.  Simple.  But clean.  On edge of town which is ok since Main Street is so short.  Right next to a Dairy Queen.  Otherwise a short drive to other restaurants. Quiet building.  Only problem was figuring out the right combo of hot tap vs cold tap in shower to avoid sudden scalding hot water.  Once I figured it out, all was fine.

We showed up unannounced after have a few mishaps with other properties in the area, hoping for a last minute room. Despite being full with both hockey and sewing groups - Sharon, the manager went out of her way to accommodate with a quick turnover and understanding heart. As a poor night driver, and traveling just with my minor son, her compassion and heartfelt intentions to accommodate us we very much appreciated. In addition, the hotel was remarkably clean, quaint and quiet! Hosting hockey teams and quiet halls is a shock in itself! The room was spacious, manicured, with plentiful amenities including dedicated wifi, large screen tv, mini fridge and microwave. We both had a sound sleep with no disturbances. We left in the morning to an array of muffins, yogurt, fruit for the taking and a simple contactless express check out. 

As sports mom, often with a couple of kids in tow, I would recommend this hotel. 

Customer service - above and beyond and that in itself these days is worth the price.

A warm-hearted welcome

My girlfriend, and I rented the Jacuzzi suite, and it was amazing! Very comfortable king bed with better sheets than most hotels. Jacuzzi actually fits two people with great jet pressure! The customer service by the owner and staff was outstanding! This place is a little gem in Claresholm, and is certainly way better, and updated than the rest of the accommodations in Claresholm.. I high recommend this hotel! the only place worth staying.

Very accommodating!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They go over and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Claresholm

They were extremely accommodating and flexible. The service is always exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 

Every staff member I have encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The staff at this property are all great! 

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm

Never Judge A Book By It's Cover

We booked the king jacuzzi room, and it was amazing! Very comfortable bed with lots of feather pillows.. most definitely 5-star atmosphere. It could use a mondern touch but certainly a little gem in the foothills. Wonderful Kind Owners that accommodated us greatly with great customer service. The staff go above and beyond! Thank you so much again Best Seven Inn! See you again soon :)

Best Motel in Claresholm!!

They accommodated is during a gnarly snowstorm in which we had to delay the rest of our trip to Lethbridge. They even kept the office open for an extra few mins because I called and told them we were close and in a bind. A bit expensive for a motel. Very sweet family run place with very cozy homey vibes. Comfortable beds, very clean and spacious room. Loved having our own back door also. Not a modern room but nice new tv. Shower pressure was also awesome. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition even though it was kinda mediocre. Very friendly staff. Would’ve loved to try the Pho restaurant but our timing didn’t like up. Anyways, overall if you need to stay in claresholm this place rocks!

Accommodated us during snowstorm- very cozy motel

Travelled from Ontario  to meet up with a friend to do some historical touring. We decided to stay here for the first time after reading reviews online. Don't let the outside turn you off, the rooms are immaculate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although its close to the highway, the rooms are quiet and comfy. 

A couple of downside points, the satellite tv  is a little unreliable and you can't get many channels but we weren't there to watch tv anyway.. Also question about the breakfeast, why was there only potatoes and sausage for the hot side? Did we have to enquire about egg choices?

Looking forward to staying next year and will have to try the restaurant for chinese after reading the reviews for sure!
