Clarenville

Spent 2 nights at the hotel.  We booked a King Ground Floor room.  there is a door from the room to the parking lot - this makes it easier for loading and unloading your vehicle.  This hotel does have an elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors. A ground floor room does have a bit of a higher rate. 
Room was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower.  No housekeeping due to COVID. 
Room came with a mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer.  
We got breakfast included each morning.  This was served in the attached restaurant and was bacon, eggs, home fries and toast (made fresh to order, not a buffet).   Service in the restaurant was excellent. 
The hotel is conveniently located on the TransCanada so very easy to find.

Comfy Clarenville Hotel

Had another excellent stay at this property. Two Friday night stays in a row. Stayed her for 10 days last October as well. Property is we'll maintained and service is next to none. We had dinner at Bellas restaurant and that was excellent as well..great service and great food. Front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with the room rate and it was fantastic. Have no problem recommending this property for just one night or longer stays.

great place to stop when heading from east to west or vice versa, clean and comfortable room, had breakfast in their restaurant and it was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, easy to locate right off the highway with plenty of parking

The receptionist Natasha was fantastic, she certainly is an asset to your establishment. Very impressed with the room, beds were very comfortable, room was immaculate. Definitely will stay there again and will absolutely recommend to my family and friends. 
My only negative comment would be the service in the dining room. We were told to sit where we liked. We waited to be served as other people came in after us and were tended to. We were served our beverages and had to flag down the server for utensils. Also when breakfast was served I again had to flag down the server for condiments . She dropped the plates and hurried off.  I did observe the servers at other tables engaging with the customers, asking them if they required condiments like ketchup, salt, pepper & jam. 
With that being said we did enjoy our food, so it’s no reflection on the cook.

Last minute reservation

From the check-in to check-out staff were excellent, service was very good restaurant meals appetizing. The hotel is directly of the the TCH so locating was easy.
Parking lot in good condition and well lit. easy check-in 
no waiting for dinner meal. limited seating at breakfast but they buzzed us in the room and our table was waiting.

Super friendly staff, Excellent Service

Great service given by all staff member in the hotel specially the receptionists and the restaurant staff. Very tidy of the rooms we stayed. on top of that delicious meals provided for dinner and the breakfast.

Excellent service

Great spot for Recreational Bike users. Excellent service, easy access to trail ways, great dining room with great food and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and ground floor provides great access when travelling by quad. Have stayed many times and will continue to go back.

Weekend Away

All I can do is summarize our 1 night stay as excellent. 
A special "thank you" to Sharon for going above and beyond to make our stay special. That call to make sure, everything was ok, gave us the sense of home and concern.
Room was perfect and the food was delicious.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome Stay

On a unexpected trip to the hospital in Clarenville, stayed at the hotel. Outstanding service, thoughtful staff. Terrific room. Extended our checkout time to accommodate our appointment.

Highly Recommend

We recently returned to the Quality Hotel Clarenville for another ski weekend at the nearby White Hills Ski Resort.  There were two families with adjoining rooms.  The rooms were very clean and spacious for our group.  The hotel staff were warm and courteous and made us feel very welcome.  Dinner at Bella's was fabulous:  we were not rushed, the server was friendly and knowledgeable and the meal was delicious.  We especially enjoyed the great wine selection and the seafood appetizers.   When we travel to Clarenville, we absolutely will not stay anywhere else: the Quality Hotel and Bella's causal dining just feels like home and a ski weekend wouldn't be the same without it!
