We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful—even before our stay, they promptly answered our questions and made sure everything was well prepared. The location is excellent: very central and within walking distance to the main square and Brussels Central train station, which made it easy to explore the city and plan day trips. The hotel itself was very clean, with a comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including lactose-free and vegan items. Highly recommended!
