Very cozy house located on the outskirts of Antwerp - but well connected -, quiet location, spacious room, and very friendly service and family treatment by Armand.

Very welcoming.

We were very well received by the owner, and the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! Beautiful bathroom and very good shower! Just know that the toilet is outside the room, but the door is right in front of the room! And the access to the room is facilitated by an elevator, which is rare for a private house, but very convenient for carrying luggage! And the possibility of parking the car in front of the house, is also ideal! Good price ratio! Thank you and again! Agnes

I have returned more than once to this B&B a short distance from friends and family.
It's clean, tidy and not expensive and Armand looks after you.... what more could you ask for....  There are many places to eat and shop locally, with the bus stop into Antwerp within sight of the front door....  All good including the off road parking.

A welcome stay at a friends house....

Only four rooms with own bathroom for hire, so get in quick!, its on the outskirts of Antwerp, five min' drive or a short bus ride away.from the town centre.
A good rate for one night and even better deals for longer, with parking out front.
Ideal for the disabled, with a lift to all floors and entance parking.
I found Armands place, two years ago and have returned at least twice a year.

B&B with a personal touch

Nothing informs you of arrival at this B&B, which is actually the office/home premises of the owner. An unpleasant smell was apparent when the door was opened by his friend, who was standing in for him. Having reserved the garden room as advertised, we were surprised to be ushered to a lift to the top floor, and shown a large and not unpleasant room with dressing area , balcony and bathroom - though shared toilet on the landing. it was in need of renovation and a good clean. We were told that on instruction, this lady had allocated our room to a guest staying longer. When she left, we realised what she confirmed the next morning - that we had the owner's bedroom, complete with his toiletries and half-finished bottle of water. Cupboards revealed his personal medications, and we had little doubt that the bed was as he had left it. Breakfast was equally incredible - stale bread rolls and juice which was fermenting and had to be disposed of, with no reserve packs. This accommodation was selected for its appropriate location and, had we been given the room we booked, our criticism may concern only the breakfast.
