Excellent service, very clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. Really nice atmosphere - close contact with the owner. Perfect place to stay for various activities. We will back with huge pleasure :)<3:)  

Nice place to stay 

Very hospitable and helpful owner. Cute house and spacious apartment. Perfect location. Close to ski bus, bakery and still very quite. We parked our car during the stay and took the free bus for a 15 min ride to Solden ski lifts.

Great ski strip

We had apartment B with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Everything was very clean, we were very nice and conveniently furnished. In the kitchen we found everything we needed to cook. The breakfast as always was very tasty and rich! One small minus, which is not a minus for everyone, the mattresses were very soft, because I like very hard mattresses, I call it a small minus. We want to go back next year! (already for the third time)

Have a relaxed stay!

The accommodation is highly recommended. The reception was very friendly and warm. The whole stay was very pleasant and the breakfast offers everything you want. Anytime you want to come back!

Very nice accommodation

My two sons and I were at the sun shelter for the first time and we were very happy. Especially the warmth and hospitality we can show. Great breakfast, nice room, great location, 200 meters to the ski bus stop. Perfect. We are happy to come back! Thank you very much for the nice short vacation!

Super-hearted people, you feel like you're part of the family and you're always helped and special wishes are no problem.

I like it again and again

We felt comfortable as a group, all our wishes were fulfilled, Mrs Schranz is very friendly and makes almost anything possible, and the booking request was extremely difficult for our eight-man group in other accommodations for one night.

Highly recommended accommodation

We stayed 3 nights in this property, including breakfast.The staff are very welcoming and available.The atmosphere is homey and the apartments/rooms are essential but very nice and clean.

Good solution, in a strategic position

We spent a weekend in the house of Sunnenheim. Very spontaneously, at our desired time, we got a room here! The hotel is located in the middle of Längenfeld, not far from all the sights and mountain tracks, or it is a short walk to the Therme AquaDome. With the Öztal Summer Card, which is inclusive and was sent to us digitally in advance, we were able to make a lot of attractions free or convenient. U.A. 1 mountain daily free and 2x for 3 hours in the thermal. The hostess is super friendly, very attentive and helpful. The room was sufficient and very clean, with high-quality bathroom and ballet hotel. This is very lovely furnished and very tasty and can be recommended.

Nice hotel, very friendly host, great location!

I stayed solo for two nights in June.

Easily found on the edge of this small town - close to the main road, but far enough away not to be disturbed by it - 10 minutes walk into town centre but cows in the barn/pasture just across the street. Perfect for me.

Limited car parking, but it worked OK.

Friendly and efficient check in - this is not a hotel, so there is no permanent front desk - simply ring the doorbell.

Adequately sized , comfortable and clean room with a good standard of linen. Decent shower pressure.

The restaurant was not operating at this time of the year. Breakfast was a standard buffet style with sufficient quality choices without being that extensive.

Enough eateries open in the town centre to satisfy most tastes - a quality/pricey restaurant being 5 minutes walk away in the opposite direction on the other side of the river.

Decent enough WiFi.

Good base for mountain walks via the cable cars or valley walks/bicycle rides - I hired a quality bicycle from literally just around the corner.

Good value.
