As a voucher customer, you're more like a third choice and there's no reasonable communication to book, and when you pay the voucher, it's all very fast, and I didn't have to transfer any fake money to get in trouble right now.

A very nice hotel, clean, quiet, the staff very kind. Cleaning every day, the breakfast so good and only good words about this hotel. I liked it very much. Also it is very easy to reach the main objectives of this area. 

Very cosy

We've been going to this hotel for 3 years and still for the exceptional party that is the transhumance A week of madness, escaping into the mountains... The staff of this hotel, oh... very warm, always available, very smiling, we think of each other as family. Jacob, like his wife, are adorable. They forget about the daily worries and it's magical The rooms are very comfortable, housekeeping is done there every day plus another decoration of the meals on the beds For the beds, nothing to be said either, very cozy breakfast and the evening, buffet, tea and dinner (which you can choose between 2 or 3 options) Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel

Transhumanity

It was a family-run, very personal hotel. We had a very nice week and especially our little girl was excited about feeding the trousers with Gabi every day. The room was very good and both the breakfast buffet and the dinner were excellent. We are happy to come back.

Great service, nice hotel and very good food.

I have very fond memories of this place as a child. The rooms as well as the dining room downstairs are comfortable and cosy, and the hosts are very friendly. The hotel is located close to other restaurants and the ski cable-car. 
If you're coming to Gerlos, I would definitely advise this hotel for your stay. 

Very Cosy & Comfortable Place to Stay

We stayed in 5 in this fabulous hotel for a week (we are sadly just back). They assigned us a beautiful apartment with a view of the river backwards. Spacious rooms, spacious living room with kitchen and large bathroom with bath and tub. The staff proved very kind and available. Breakfast and dinners with typical Austrian cuisine (all very good). The grilled in the middle of the week is spicy. All at an adequate price.

It's fabulous.

After several visits to this hospitable house in the summer, we spent the winter holidays this time in January. To put it beforehand, it was great. A nice room awaits us and the welcome was warm as always. In this house you always have the feeling of being in the center and at any time of the day. If you leave your breakfast open in the morning, after you have no wishes, you know that there is a beautiful day ahead of you in the wonderful landscape. It is then finished by a great menu in the evening. When you eat a bar, you think about the next day. Our summary whether or not a visit to the yard in Gerless Forest is worth a trip. Once again, a special thanks to the Forest's Garden team.

Whether Winter or Summer Always a Good Address

On a week-long ski trip Jan 2015, our large group was fortunate enough to book at the Waldhof in Gerlos.  The management and staff were kind, accommodating, and exceptionally patient with our sometimes "overly energetic" (especially after a few hours of apres-ski fun at the Cin-Cin bar that is just a few steps away) group.  Excellent location, good meals, and (did I mention?) wonderful staff.  Book your next visit to the Austrian Alps here with confidence.

above and beyond our expectations

It was a great experience! We were a group of 26 adults! There made us feel like home! Good food, excellent service. Rooms were good, location is great: après-ski nearby CIN-CIN, ski bus nearby, a Spaar nearby, pharmacy, ski school! Tiny little village with all needed! You could ski down to the hotel. The owner is a great wise person that knows how to run a hotel business.
Highly recommended!

Super friendly service!! Very good food! A perfectly functioning community. Immediately following the Local, the evening is also fun. Wellness area, as well as the rooms TOP!!
