Stayed 1 night in a big spacious room. Very cosy and warm with a great bed and a nice bathroom with lovely hot shower.
Plenty of room for all our luggage. 
Good location as there is no road noise, also it's only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
The restaurant was not open so we could not comment on the famous Jumbucks Restaurant cuisine.

Top Motel 

Room a bit dated, and contactless entry but the emailed directions and assistance from the staff were excellent.  The Jumbucks Restaurant was much better than expectations with excellent service and attention, quality food and wines (regrettably no cocktails), lovely ambiance with candles and diverse decorations.  We hope to come again.

Pleasant visit, will come again

Stayed overnight and had dinner at Jumbucks. The young man attending table was most attentive and very pleasant. Good menu, good meals for both of us. Rooms clean and well presented. Nice view out the back over Burra creek!

Comfortable room, great restaurant

This reasonably priced motel was a lovely surprise - only minutes from the centre of town, nicely appointed rooms and easy check-in/out. The rooms open onto foliage along the Burra River. Everything was nice and clean

A hidden gem

It's a really pleasant motel, and the price is right. The room was in a modern style, clean and fully equipped. The location is good.. Burra Creek runs up the back of the motel, and some tame ducks hang around the back door.

The restaurant wasn't open when I visited but it's a short walk into town, where there are pubs and cafes.

Check-in could be contactless. I didn't check my email and missed all that good info, but the manager was still helpful when I arrived. Recommended.

We were very comfortable at your clean accommodation.  The garden surrounds were pleasant, and the ducks were an added entertainment. It was a bonus for us that Geelong won the  AFL Grand Final!

Comfortable night with pleasant garden surrounds.

I have stayed here for three nights and leave tomorrow. Burra is  worth visiting but lacks top quality accommodation options. I suspect this well located motel is the best place to stay in the town. My room is spacious, quiet and for the most part well maintained. It has the usual range of facilities found in three star motels. The bed is comfortable and there is great pressure in the shower. I did not eat at the restaurant. I can park outside my room's door. Minor complaints include a worn and stained carpet and  a noisy old fashioned air conditioner. The staff are completely invisible but before I got here I received helpful emails regarding the contactless arrival process and attractions and places to eat in Burra.

Convenient and comfortable

Big room and clean.Beautiful view to burra creek. the car can be parked directly in front of the room. The bed is comfortable with freshly  pleasant bed linen. The only negative: the aircon is old, noisy and not working properly. 
The food in the restaurant is excellent! The 400gr Steak  cooked as desired. The salad could be a little larger

Burra is a very small country community and the sleeping over options are limited  A few pubs the odd BB  and to our knowledge this one Motel As u drive in the first thing is how from the outside the building needs a really good coat of paint and spruce up  Check in was contactless which was fine The Motel is as are many many Motels around Australia old and this one does not seem to have had a lot of love recently??  . Our room was certainly big enough and was as clean as u  could expect for its age The carpets had really seem much better days and there was a bit of a smell in the room which could have been just old age Would be tough in summer as the room only had an old water cooler installed and believe it or not was on a timer to turn off Sure easy to turn it on again but if u want a cool room in summer to come home to then that is a problem   Our suggestion would be arrive very early morning buy the key lock  pass at info centre and visit the  historic attractions  Don’t miss the railway station  But if accomodation  is not high on your list and u happy just for a bed then  this Motel would  be just fine   . It was old but as clean as possible so not a problem there Who knows maybe the management are about to  give the whole place a spruce up  and make it the Oasis in Burra  ???

Had a very comfortable night at the Burra spacious room with a view of the brook not a river and bigger than a puddle . On opening the blinds in the morning a lone inquisitive duck responded questionably to my duck impersonations and promptly waddled off. Comfy warm bed on this chilly night and plenty of hot water  quickly available for showering  next morning
