We had a reservation for two nights at the accommodation, and because of the coronavirus pandemic, we had to advance our flight because we could not compete on the scheduled dates.From the very first moment they were super willing to help us, they allowed us to cancel the reservation at no cost and gave us the possibility of staying for one night that we were stuck.Always waiting to accompany us from WhatsApp.People are very committed no doubt. I have no doubt that I will return to that place the next time I come to San Martin for a holiday.

They scored 10 points amid the coronavirus crisis.

It's too expensive and the services are nonexistent. They don't get any cards of any kind, it's a robbery, it's illegal. The pile is dirty. The mattresses are of poor quality. They don't have enough white clothes, nor are there enough towels.

Falso apart hotel

The apartment that we have is an excellent dormitory, all made of wood, beautiful and very comfortable, well equipped. The location is very good, a few meters from Lake Lacar and the main street. Very nice and comfortable we are passing by. The air conditioning pool is very nice, the te dan batas, the jacuzzi does not work. The only thing, we booked a trip through Mariana (from Arique cabins, Jauquet agency), for safety we did not carry much cash on the trip, we just arrived (before we settled) we asked for the remaining money from the estate, and we said that we should go to the ca (more than 3000 don't give since there is no credit that we have in mind, the remaining balance was $7600) so we said q that same afternoon we reached the oil agency.

Comfortable and good location.

An excellent place to stay, a few steps from Lake Lacar, the bus terminal, the supermarket, in the center and overlooking the Cerro Curruhuinca.The building has a large air-conditioned pool and a super comfortable zoom with lounges to relax and enjoy.

Excellent place to stay!

We went to a room on the upper floor and we were delighted.It is 2 blocks from Lake Lacar and very close to the center.I almost didn't take the car during the 4 days we stayed.The place is very nice, air-conditioned, breakfast and very comfortable.

I was amazed by the privacy, proximity to everything, ideal for a car-free Sma, very comfortable, bright and accessible, the cozy design of the premises, the very friendly owners made our stay excellent, not recommended for a family of four.

The service and advice from the staff was excellent with eating suggestions and directions to the launderette. Clean and bright accommodation with a decent shower. Basic breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. Off street parking. Good value. Double in 2012 was 380ARS. 

Contemporary accommodation in quiet corner.

Great place to stay, even during Summer months (San Martin de los Andes is mainly a Winter ski ressort for Argentineans). Appartments are roomy, furniture is up to date. There's a nice, heated pool available. As so many things in San Martin, it looks very much like an alpine skiing lodge - because it is one, in Winter. Still (and that goes for the whole town) not exactly what the foreign traveller might expect to find in Argentina. Staff was friendly and helpfull. If fully occupied, the building might not be the most quiet one. However it's located at the edge of town, both near the lake and the bus terminal, on a side street, So traffic noise equals zero. Highly recommended - especially now (late 2011) as it's off-season and most people stay away for fear of the volcanic ash (which comes and goes depending on the wind, but wasn't realy bothering us during the 4 days we spent there).

Breakfast is served in your own room (dinner table is in the room)

Well located on a quiet street, close to the centre.
We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Friendly design apartments in a wonderfull town

we arrived by bus and walked around the town to find a place to stay.  roca was a find for the price and we stayed here four nights and then returned after a driving tour for a fifth night.  It's good value for money and since it rained really heavily for two days it was great having an apt where we could heat food, watch tv in a sitting room and just have more space than a normal hotel room.  the staff are very helpful in recommending excellent places to eat and it's near the lake and a five minute walk to the shops in the centre of town.  would stay here again and recommend to others.
