The hotel is pleasant and has an optimal location; friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. There are towels available to take to the beach, which is very nice. However, I have to point out some important negative aspects: it has no emergency exit, no indications on evacuation routes in case of any disaster. I only see the fireplace located at the end of a long hallway with no alternative exits. The second floor is accessed only by a steep service staircase, with only steps higher than usual and very narrow (no foot in a normal position): the nightmare of anyone with any mobility difficulties, by a minimum of three, and a trap in case of emergency. I don't understand the place that a hotel room is in a double condition. The home, the clean room, the clean hotel, the very good attention, the good breakfast, a few meters from the beach, the good cleaning, is to recommend and go, the only thing that guys sometimes are looking at the cell phone or inside the kitchen and need to approach and ask them, but after requesting what we want is kindness.

The best location is the staff very attentive if you don't want noises no is the place the beach service is bad to rest them are exclusive of what you can find them since no one returns them as would be normal. The shower is complicated as it goes from hot to cold independent of one can regulate it.

A great disappointment.

We went for one night the staff was very attentive, breakfast was fine but at the reception we were told that we had to leave the shower open running for more than 10 minutes so that hot water would leak out.

Very good hotel. this is the third time we've been to this hotel. the only thing that has changed in the last few years is that they opened a parking garage with loud music attached to the hotel, on the beach. last night we called 911 4 times. and maybe today we go earlier because it's impossible to sleep at night until 5 am. i don't recommend it if you come to rest.

Excellent hotel, with a lot of noise.

Breakfast is good, air-conditioned room, extra bed and practice room, restaurant is open for a few minutes, a few meters from the beach and close to the center, the hotel is a bit old, not for families, but for bitter grandparents, not tolerant of children.

Excellent stay. A well-deserved three-star hotel. Our room was air-conditioned. The bathroom is in very good condition. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and the proximity to the sea makes it a place to return to.

We stayed for a week with my partner: A FAVOR: - The location is a few meters from the beach; about 10 blocks from the center of Pinamar; with shops and a pharmacy is the corner of the Hotel; there is a gastronomic variety just a few blocks away. - The breakfast is varied and abundant, the employees answer constantly. - The receptionist attention is very good, always well prepared. - The cleaning is correct and quick by delivering the room key.
