Excellent attention. At all times both the owners and the serene are available to assist you and advise you lovingly. The spaces are impeccable and cared for. With subtle details that make a difference: art-impregnated spaces, rooms with artist names and replicas of paintings in each. The piles in perfect condition, parked green spaces, covered car, towels for piles, very comfortable resting places with mattresses. Everything works! Comfortable mattress, with excellent temperature and flow rate. The breakfast and plenty. We are a day and sales renovated. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend this place. Infinite gratitude!!!

Excellent service with subtle details.

It's a typical Sierra hostel that's a few years old but with all the amenities to spend a few days with family. We traveled with teenage children, we were staying in two deptos (independent rooms connected by a hallway). Very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, I warned that it was cellar and they always had no options. The air-conditioned stack is not very large but more than enough because by protocol an hour a day is used per family group. A place to go for a walk and get into hot water. The lottery was very well heated and lo.the best was the.good disposition of Andrea, Marc and Roque who provided us with everything we asked for and allowed us to use the dining room to order delivery and dinner.

 Good location, convenience and excellent care.

The hostel is well located, close to the center, you can walk around the village. The room I was assigned was large, comfortable, with a living room with a sofa. The bed in good condition. The best heating, we played very cold days but inside the whole hostel could not be better. It has a well-maintained spa, with an air-conditioned pool, a dry sauna, a jacuzzi and showers and a bathroom for men and women. The breakfast is acceptable. It is very well served by its owners. Very good price ratio. For the summer there is a beautiful park with a pool of good outdoor dimensions.

They have a warmth and disposition for remarkable attention. It goes beyond the usual or expected. Very good service to the rooms at any time. It has an excellent view of the Sierras, from the pool and the garden, where there are tables, chairs and restrooms of free availability and tables where one can eat or dine comfortably and in a unique peaceful environment.

Oh, and a new one!

Excellent location, beautiful scenery and facilities. It is close to the center and the bus terminal (spectacular for those who do not have a car). The service was very good, full breakfast. Spectacular to go both in summer (with a beautiful outdoor pool) and in winter (with an air-conditioned pool, yacusi, and dry sauna!

Excellent care and very comfortable facilities, plenty of breakfast, the special air-conditioned pool for relaxing, a super quiet place ideal for relaxing and regaining good energy, everything very beautiful, absolutely recommended.

Good breakfast - Good look of the outside/shared space - Rooms look ok but outdated.
Internet connection is poor. 
Later we found better places for the same or less money. Let's say when you look at photos of the hotel, and see the outside, you expect a great experience in the room as well, and taht is not the case. The room could be any hotel, the typical room, in the 80s.
