The hotel is positioned at a very isolated part, and nature is simply wonderful. The food in the restaurant is probably one of the best in Abkhazia among hotels. Furniture is from Soviet times, but the view of the rooms just makes you forget about old furniture. The beach is one of the best in Abkhazia, way less rocky and extremely clean. For English speakers, you *must* find a way to communicate in Russian either by a translation application or by a local who knows Russian. None of the staff knows English.

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay.

When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia.

For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash.
