​Exceptional Service Overcame a Booking Blunder at The Grand Ho Tram ​My recent stay at The Grand Ho Tram was truly wonderful, thanks almost entirely to the outstanding service from the staff. ​Upon check-in, I was immediately greeted by the incredibly welcoming Lilly and her manager, Daisy. I was initially quite frustrated, as I had believed I booked an Ocean View room directly through the hotel website, but it turned out a deceptive third-party pop-up (Reservation.com) had routed me to a basic room booking. After checking my confirmation, I realized the error was mine for being "screwed by Reservation.com." ​This is where the Grand Ho Tram team truly shined. Daisy immediately stepped in with a warm and accommodating attitude and provided me with a free upgrade to a Golf View room. It was a kind and generous gesture that completely turned my experience around, and I am genuinely appreciative of her action. The room itself was lovely and offered beautiful views of the golf course. ​Dining, Amenities, and Check-Out ​The entire stay was smooth sailing from there. We enjoyed delicious meals and excellent service at both the Ginger restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The beach is clean, and all the staff we encountered were helpful and professional. ​The seamless check-out process was handled efficiently by Sam. ​Final Thoughts ​The staff of The Grand Ho Tram are clearly well-trained—everyone spoke excellent English, was exceptionally polite, and showed wonderful manners. ​I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit.
