217 reviewsThe Ritz Boutique Hotel was like our home away from home when we were traveling around Vietnam. It is a family run hotel and they made us feel so welcome. Lucy was fantastic: friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful and accommodating and her brothers were very kind, generous, and friendly. It was my sweetheart's 50th birthday when we were there and she surprised us with a little birthday cake on the way down the stairs for breakfast in the morning. How sweet! Our rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is is decent. The coffee is okay. Convenient for walking distance to every thing in the old quarter and more. We were in Hanoi 3 times in a month (between excursions) and stayed at this place each time and would definitely stay here again.
