716 reviewsLike their sister property in Phong Nha, this place is also set on a lake with gorgeous mountains surrounding it. It’s a bit more rustic than Phong Nha since you are essentially over the water. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you, but I enjoyed the sounds of nature (frogs, ducks, goats, roosters, etc.) throughout the day and night. The hammocks are a nice touch adding a fun place to relax and breathe. We came during the COVID-19 scare and were the only guests. They were doing some renovations but took care of us like we were the highest priority. During our first night we got news that we needed to get home ASAP before borders closed. They were so kind and accommodating, letting us cancel the last night without additional charges. The fact that they were so understanding really helped during our moment of panic. They rent bicycles at a meager price and will give you a map with ideas of where to go. We had a lovely stay despite everything being closed in the area. Thank you for your help!!!
