Good bed, very hot water, good shower, and a quite  room on the back with a balcony ( ok view uninteresting).

Recommanded place for the price.
Motorbike to rent and friendly people.

I love my 3 day stay here. Water pressure was fantastic and wifi is some of the fastest I have ever encountered.  The owner is a very sweet lady who will do anything for you, she is quite funny as well.  the rooms are large and relatively clean. Price is on point thats for sure. Only bad thing is that a night club moved in under some of the rooms so its kinda loud until they close at midnight.  I never found the sound to be an issue as I was around the corner at another bar until the sound went away anyway.  This place is a great find. Next time I am in Dalat I will be staying here again.

I like staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large with two double beds and clean. The water pressure is very good and hot water is great. Maybe previous reviewers did not know how to regulate the hot/cold water lol. It can be a little noisy with the bar downstairs, but I just turn the volume up on the TV. After midnight it is all quiet. Would stay here again as it is in a very covenient location to everything in Dalat

I and my friends have booked rooms in this hotel more than 3 times. The receptionists are very kind, friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are tidy and clean. The price is really cheap for hotel near Da Lat market.

Certainly not a 5 star, but clean, and decent. The housekeeping does a great job staying on top of refreshing towels daily and straightening up. 

Its on a busy road, so the noise can get loud, but not too bad (however, they were tearing down a building behind us at 1 in the morning... which was less than pleasant. Oh well)

It can be confusing because there are two locations run by the same people a few doors from each other.  Plus, looking at the Management Photos for "Peace Hotel" it looks like the location that's "Peace 2" used to be "Peace Hotel".  Peace 2 is at 67 Truong Cong Dinh and Peace Hotel is at 64 Truong Cong Dinh.  

In any event, I found my stay at Peace 2 to be a good deal.  As others have pointed out, it's a pretty noisy location with a lot of street noise. Honking and music.  I stayed in room 4 which has a nice private balcony.  It's also next to a cafe with Dalat hipsters playing everything from pop to trap music and you'll hear it all.  That said, the music tends to stop around midnight and start at 9 am so it was fine for me to sleep.

On to the good.  The staff are very friendly.  The hot water is HOT.  I paid 160,000 VND per night for 2 nights (ended up staying 3).  There's motorbike parking indoors.  Laundry was only 30,000 VND per kilo which is cheaper than the laundry place down the street.  The bed is pretty comfy (although the pillows were minimalist).  And the room and bathroom are spacious.

The wifi wasn't awesome.  Mostly it was fine, but sometimes it was really slow or cut out.

Overall, I'd recommend this as a good base of operations that's a good deal and close to all the tourist and nightlife action.

Excellent place to stay !

My favorite hotel

Good sized clean room with  2 hard but comfortable beds. TV (unused), soap, toilet roll and water provided. Piping hot water in the shower.
Situated a short walk away from the lake.
Reasonably priced restaurant downstairs open until 22:30.
The only drawbacks for this guesthouse is that it is situated on a main road so there is a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning and then in the evening the pub/club next door starts banging out window shaking dance tunes until late, however if you can put up with that then for $10 you can't go wrong.

Good location, friendly staff but noisy

Not a bad room for $7 however the shower was either boiling hot or unbearably cold! The bathroom walls were covered in mould. We were also not warned it was above a night club and it was so loud we could barely sleep and we felt the floor moving because the bass was so high, not fun when having to wake up early for tours and busses! We were on the second floor I do not want to think how noisy the first floor would be however if you were out drinking you would not be far from your hotel! Pros and cons I guess but is really not the place for anyone interested in sleep or waking up early. 

The opposite of peaceful  

We don't have high requirements but this hotel was horrible! 
The owner was very unfriendly. In the whole 3 weeks we have traveled around we never met such an unfriendly person. 
Also it was very loud. In the middle of the night cats and dogs made loud noises. And you hear every song from the bar, which is located next to the hotel. Everything in the room shaked because of the loud music and we were in the second floor. I don't want to mention how loud it would be in the first floor. 
In the bathroom were the whole 4 walls full of mildew and also the room wasn't very clean.
So you would better take another hotel if you want to sleep.

Unfriendly, loud, dirty

There are two locations called 'Peace Guest House'.
By booking you'll be shown a picture of the Peace GH at Phan Dinh Phung but I was put in the Peace GH at Troung Cong Dinh. This last one is above (!) a Techno Nightclub with really, really hard music. Even on the 3th floor for me it was impossible to sleep so I checked out after one night and went to another hotel/GH. 
So did several other guests because one day later the GH was closed.
Don't go to there.
