Homestay Countryside

We had never done a home stay but saw there were lot in Hoi An so decided to give it a go. I would definitely recommend! There was a lovely lady running the place and her uncle was often there if she wasn’t. They were both so helpful, kind, attentive and thoughtful! We had an excursion booked that they had arranged and we overslept. He knocked to wake us, sent the driver away and arranged another way of transport for us while we brushed our teeth and grabbed our bits! We came down to banana pancakes and tea! They really were just brilliant. They also put us up in a family bedroom on arrival as we were earlier than check in time. Where you eat breakfast is lovely. They serve it in the garden, your under shelter but just out in the nature where they grow crops and there’s a lovely little pond with fish in too. Butterflies all over the place! You can borrow their bikes for free which was perfect because staying in Hoi An you usually need a bike to get into the town centre. Some places charge you. Our room was big, clean and comfortable! Cleaned and fresh towels daily too. I also liked the location as we stayed here for 3 or 4 nights and then the other end of Hoi An, closer to the beach for 2. I liked being close to the ancient town. I couldn’t recommend enough as a homestay and would happily stay again!
