Room always clean, fresh air.

Thank you hung trang hotel for your hospitality and awesome room rates! Located in the centre part of of tan binh district it is convenience all the way from a taxi rank across the road to countless of shops lining the streets as far as the eye can see!

We have stayed in this Hotel several Times... Always friendly and inexpensive... Very affordable..  Rooms always clean and they always went out of the way for us... Nice to talk English to them...  Like  this Hotel close to Maxi Mart... nice size shopping market... and lots of sidewalk stands and stores on the streets around it...  Good Place to stay... Also near the Airport... Easy to come and go...

I've stayed at this hotel for the 5 visits to HCM city. The staff are friendly and polite. The room were clean, they do house keeping the moment you leave the hotel, so when you return to the room is clean and sanitize, great service. The price is cheap, the lowest price is around 13usd a night. This hotel is also located in a great location. You can find coffee shops and restaurants at all four corners! 10 mins away from the airport! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a budget and/or doesn't want to spend ton of money on hotels. It's clean, cheap, great service and wonderful area! I give 4 out 5 because the only thing I didn't like is, in some of their rooms the air conditioning didn't work well enough for me. Couple of room have old and low running ones. Beside that I had stayed at this hotel since Apr of last year! Every other month I make a visit back to HCM city. I would definitely stay here on next visit.

Nice people nice room

Poor customer service. The room was in decent size but was very dirty and ants were everywhere. I don't like the fact they keep our passports for the 3 days we were here. When we asked them to make a photocopy of our passports and give us the original passports back, they just told us that they don't have a photocopy machine!? Overall, didn't have good experience here. Not recommend to anyone.

Poor customer service

I had my purse lost when changing rooms. It might have fallen in the elevator and some other guests might have taken it. He denied all the phone calls in the purse. I asked the receptionist to show me the recording video of the Cctv bit she refused. Im sure i can find my purse back when seeing the video but there was no hotel staff have enough skills to open the cctv to show me. I dont know. Still, the attitude of the staff really disappointed me. Not returning, for sure.

Poor service

Hotel service is so terrible. Hotel increase room rate from 250k to 350k after checked in. Ask guest to pay full room charge a hour after checked in. I believe non of the hotel in HCMC need guest pay full amount a hour after checked in. Worry we runaway or no money to pay?

Room condition also terrible. Rotten smell when step in to room. Shower pipe leaking caused water pressure low. Bathtub trap leaking wetted whole bathroom.
