When I finally reached them, they immediately contacted the front desk staff who had helped arrange my ride the night before. At 7 AM, even though that staff member had just finished an overnight shift and was resting, they still helped reach out to the driver. Within two hours, my phone and all my ID‘s were returned to me. On top of that, the hotel even paid the delivery fee in advance to ensure everything
