This hotel is located away from the Old Quarter area of about 2 km; but getting to Old Quarter is not an issue. It is located in a quiet road but accessible by taxis or motor bikes. About half a kilometre away is the West Lake and Tru Bac Lake. Dong Xuan wholesale market is about 20 mins walk from this hotel. The hotel is slightly old but has most of the facilities for a decent, comfortable stay. The staff are friendly despite their lack in English speaking skills. Only the deluxe rooms come with large windows facing the road. The deluxe rooms are large, while the beds are king size with reasonably soft pillows. The hotel does not come with breakfast nor do they provide coffee or tea or bottled water. However they do provide these along with other refrigerated beverages at a cost. But they do provide hot water kettle and cups. Within the vicinity of the hotel are good restaurants, noodle shops, mini markets, etc. The staff are ever willing to help to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Recommended for those who want to stay away from the noisy streets of Old Quarters.
