668 reviewsI must say the room itself look amazing. The service stuff puts effort to decorate the room without fail. We booked 2 time with them, 1 Superior Rooms & 1 Junior room (Which was upgraded). Step into the hotel. The service stuff quickly pour us a welcome drink. After all the registration is done. The counter stuff sat down with us and explain the location of the good food and where should we go in detail. Which we really appreciate. As we are heading to different places for our trip (Halong Bay & SAPA) They are kind enough to rent us a spaces to hold our luggage bag at their side for free. Lastly we requested to extent our check out timing, The hotel manger accepted our request without saying anything. Location is good. A walkable area with good shopping it also very near to Dong Xuan Market and Lotte Center Hanoi. The only small issue that i have, it will be the dining area is very small. The rest of it is great ! Friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay in Hanoi so great!
