พนักงานบริการดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำดี โรงแรมจะใกล้กับ night market สามารถเดินย้อนขึ้นไป มีบริการเช่ารถมอเตอร์ไซต์ สามารถฝากซื้อตั๋วรถไปมุยเน่ได้ แต่จะเป็นรถแบบรถทัวร์นั่ง 
Staff  is very nice and good service. Hotel is near night market. You can walk there. You can rent motocycle and you can buy ticket bus go to Mui ne.

- I visited to Thao Tri Giao Hotel on 11 May 2017 and it's early morning for check-in. 
(About 04:00 am) But the reception so nice she available for check in.

- the reception can not talk english language that well but she so try to talk with me and i so impress

- and i advice for u. if u want to cheap price 
hotel and don' t think too much Thao Tri Giao is a good choice their have motorbike for rent and it's very cheap

Too cheap price and nice owner

Close to everything and clean! There was a balcony and the room is big and full of light. 
The Lady downstairs was very friendly. However: Slow Wifi and the room gets quite hot in the morning since the sun hits the windows. There is no air con or fan to cool off.

Good value for money if you get a deal

We stayed in the Hotel/Guest House for 4 nights and encountered several problems.

- Most of the time there was no hot water. This happens because the woman at the reception turns it off. When she turns it on it doesn't automatically give hot water, there is a long waiting period. We never had hot water in the evening, this was a real inconvenience because during our stay in Da Lat it was cold and always raining. It was more common to have hot water in the morning, but still we did not have hot water every day;

-  The woman at the reception does not speak english. We used our phones to try and translate everything;

- The wifi is unstable;

- The first room we stayed in didn't have a window (although our booking said "room with a balcony") and had a bad moldy smell. On the next day we requested to change to a room with a window. The second room was of a nice size and had a window;

- Both rooms we stayed in were a little dirty. The walls were dirty, the floor was ok, all furniture in the room had a lot of dust, the bathroom floor and porcelain were pretty clean comparing to the rest but the shelf and mirror were dirty;

- The bed lines were unusual. Over the mattress there was only a bed cover and a duvet. The bed cover on our first room was of a plastic kind of fabric and was really dirty (crumbs and hairs). I actually thought that they had forgotten to add the linens so I asked for them on the reception. I was given a new bed cover that had a strong smell of fried food. On the second room the 'linens' seemed cleaner and were from a nicer fabric but we still chose to sleep on our sleeping bags;

- The room was never cleaned during our four-days stay;

- There is a rooster really close that sings every morning (5AM);

-  The room doors are made from wood and glass. A lot of light comes in though the door. And the door does not go up to the selling. This means we heard any noise coming from the rest of the "hotel". Also, the reception lady had long loud phone calls during the morning;

- Although it says 24/7 reception this is not true, we found the doors closed on us several times, at different times of the day. Also, at times the door will be open and there will not be anyone at the reception. The problem with this is that the keys from the rooms being used are left on the top of the reception table unattended;

- At the check-in, they asked us to keep our passports until the end of our stay. We told them that they could copy them but not keep them. It still took a little insistence on our part to get the passport back;

- On the last day a cockroach appeared in our room.

What a joke. Stayed for three nights and a rooster outside crows every 15 minutes starting at 3am. It literally sounds like its right outside the window. I am so exhausted I could cry. Have been traveling Asia for two months and haven't experienced anything this awful. It's not the hotels rooster but it's the hotels problem, keeping everyone awake. They must be feuding with their neighbors. Maybe its just a sad joke on us. Also be warned there is another hotel with the exact same name so it's really fun trying to find it. The Google maps coordinate is also wrong. Room isn't bad for the price. Make sure you call and learn how to say "is there a loud annoying rooster?" In Vietnamese.
