On Saturday night @8:20 pm Jan 29th I had a reservation but no one was at front desk we waited in lobby for 20 min I also call the desk number to see if she had the phone with her but it was left at desk.There was a party going on as well but when she did rtd she was mad at us like we did something to her no apologize or nothing we paid and she gave me my key with attitude. when I come to visit I always stay here and that’s twice a month and never had no bad experience until Jan 29 my invoice say ajones check me in pls talk to her (Diamond member
