Terrible place. The guy is a crook and place smelled awful from smoke and other fumes. If you give him any feedback bc you're unsatisfied (had to leave after 20 min bc unsafe for baby), he threatened to call the police.

Just don't go there unless you want to get police involved

A filthy room, with cigarette burns on the bathroom floor, dark stains on the curtains, a cigarette butt on the floor near the refrigerator, a broken wooden stair on the porch, many feathers under the bed, "something" bit my hand while I lifted the mattress, & the room STANK of most intense smell of old smoke that it made my eyes water, plus, the toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't put your feet in front of it ! I called the manager & asked if he had a "no smoking" room, & he said they all smelled like that, then he started giving me a hard time because I was leaving after a half hour & he demanded payment for the entire night ! I gave him $20 & said "the room made me nauseous & my eyes watered !"  I'll NEVER be back, & if you're smart, you'll run away from that place !

Cute it is or was 20 years ago, cottages adorable but unless you are a smoker and don't mind the walls which are seeped in years of smoker residents, do avoid this place. Great price at $65 with no tax collected, we thought ourselves lucky until we started to move into the room. Room was dirty, old TV could barely turn around with two people in the room and then I started to inch, maybe my imagination but I got our stuff out of the room very quickly. If you can stand the smokey smell and can't afford much this is probably the cheapest you will find in the area. To be fair the man at the desk refunded our nights stay when we didn't to stay. 
We went over to Motel 6 and got one of the refurb'd rooms for $73+tax... Some floors clean and newly refurbished, ask when you are at the desk.

Smokers Paradise

I stayed here in summer 2009, and it was great.  The best part is that every room is an entire room-sized house with bathroom and shower.  Instead of a kitchen there was just a mini fridge and microwave, too.  There was free wireless internet, even that long ago, and the front desk had bathroom and hygiene items for sale.  I don't think they included shampoo and soap, but it may have changed.  I wanted to review this place because I have never seen a motel where your neighbors would never be able to complain about noise.  I had a queen size bed, I think.  The air conditioning worked, and the place was very clean.  It was smaller than a normal sized motel room, but I think the total privacy makes up for it.  For the price, 5 stars!

Every room is an entire little house!  Total privacy, and satisfaction.

Stayed here back in 2012 while trying To find a new apartment. was great staff was Niceee and the cleaning lady was the best very nice women. Might be coming back there soon toO with the same situation. hopefully they have rooms open for a extended stay.

It's called a motel, but they are actually cabins.
My first impression on entering the room was that it was a smoking room. I assumed they were all the same so I didn't ask for another. And, It smelled better than the private residence I had been visiting, so I decided to stay. It certainly wasn't fancy, but it was clean and quiet and a bargain at $65.00.
