Gorgeous Gulf Front 2/2..Free Beach Service. 2 chairs and umbrella daily.
We stayed in Unit #1104 for 6 days. The balcony was huge. Everything one could need was provided. It's also located in a great location. Entertainment and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guests and staff were friendly. The pool and beach were fabulous..
The owner of this condo is very responsive and helpful. No issues with the elevators, the security.. the parking garage is very tight but we were still able to park a dodge ram.. just took some maneuvering..highly recommend Unit 1104...we will stay again in the future.

A friend and I took my 14 yr old granddaughter and her friend to the beach for long weekend. We enjoyed our stay in Unit 1707. Large balcony with a Beautiful View. Our condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The elevators do stay busy but that has been my experience with all the condos in PCB. Unit has a reserved parking space in the covered deck and two lounge chairs/umbrella on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Indoor and Outdoor Pools.

Our penthouse condo was perfection.  Loved the big balcony with comfy and plentiful seating.  Kitchen was well stocked along with everything else.  
 We brought a mid size SUV and parking was a bit tight but the designated spot was appreciated. 
 We would definitely stay here again.

Our room came with beach (chair) service. Casey was very friendly and helpful.  We were far away from the condo steps, and he offered to help us carry all our “stuff” back (in the hot sand). He got us moved closer the next day!

We stayed in unit 1104. It was perfect for our family of four. The balcony was huge. Everything one could need was provided. It's also located in a great location. Entertainment and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guess and staff were friendly. The pool and beach were fabulous.

Spent three months in the Ocean Reef, we rented a 4 br 3 ba unit on the 15th floor and it was delightful. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here as it has about everything needed with newer appliances including washer/dryer.  All bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious.  There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. Situated on the beach with a view for as far as you can see from a very large balcony.
Ocean Reef is a very well contructed building and has 5 floors of parking for residents/renters.  Would we stay here again - in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying, the only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was for very minor details.  I would definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed in unit 2207.  The view was breathtaking!  We had a perfect view of the sunset, and we were also able to see quite a bit of wildlife from our balcony!  We saw dozens of dolphins and sting rays.  The pelicans flew right past us pretty regularly.  We even saw a shark!

The unit was beautiful; well represented by the photos on VRBO.  We noticed a few minor things that were not worth calling in (they did not impact the quality of our stay)... the blanket on the bed in the guest room was dirty.  I brought my own blanket, so I didn't bother asking for another one.  There were broken screen doors leaning against the wall on the balcony.  The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky.  The key pad was challenging, but once we figured it out, it was fine!  The TV's could use an upgrade compared to other places we have stayed in the area.

The kitchen was well stocked.  We brought a few things from home, simply because we like using our own things sometimes, but it had everything we would have needed.  The parking was a breeze.  There was an attendant at the entrance of the garage to help you locate your assigned spot if you didn't know it already.  We booked through VRBO and they were kind enough to provide that information for us beforehand.

Just a side note, we utilized Instacart and Door Dash on our trip.  Our delivery people did not have any trouble getting into the parking garage or finding our unit!

We stayed on the 10th floor and booked through VRBO.  Worked out great.  Awesome view of the ocean and beach.  Played mini golf and go carts across the street.  Walked the beach every day.  Parking is a challenge with larger vehicles.  Pier park is a great outdoor mall to shop.  Hiked at Conservation Park and found tennis courts in a city park.  There is an outdoor pool and indoor pool which is dated.

I stayed in a unit on the 6th floor with three girlfriends. It was very spacious, clean, well decorated and appointed and had a huge balcony with two high tables, two lounge chairs and a sofa. Great views and nice breeze. 

There was a covered parking garage that was very convenient. 

Elevators and area was clean and encouraged mask wearing.

Nice pool - although we never went to the pool. Short walk on the boardwalk to the beach.

The chair vendor was very lazy and didn't show up until after 10:30am on two of the three days we were there to put cushions and umbrellas out. Both times, someone else got our chairs, helped themselves to the cushions and we had to talk to the attendant who didn't make them move, but instead moved us. Not ok.

Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Good Location and love the room

Great balcony with lots of furniture and fantastic view....inside needs some work.  Couches worn and not very comfortable, throw cushions dirty.  The vertical blinds in the living area and master bedroom were missing half of the slats which allowed the bedroom to be light at 6 a.m.  Kitchen cabinets dirty inside and out.  Second bedroom very dark and dreary.
