No parking on site. Everything else was exemplary.

The Innkeeper was so incredibly helpful,  responsive, and nice.  The room was really nice and charming - coastal decor vibes and an extremely comfortable mattress. It's in a prime location and walkable to so many restaurants and shops.  I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this a day before and for a one-night stay. What a steal! Owner Brian was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Beautiful little B&B. Clean and could not be in a better location: literally steps from the center of the action- all the top restaurants, bars and shops. HIGHLY recommend the Burbank Rose! 

We just loved it there. It's very centrally located. It was like having a small apartment. Brian the owner was very helpful with all the tips for where to go and what to see and where the best food is. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was great. We will definitely go back.

We loved everything about this place. Location is perfect. Once we parked we left the car as we could walk everywhere. The owner was wonderful. He sat with us and showed us on the map all the places of interest and how to get there plus patiently answering our questions. He was always available during our stay. Breakfast is included - cold cereal and a very nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Coffee is always available. We had a very nice suite on the top floor. Just be careful on the rather steep stairs. Highly recommended. Our first trip to Newport and we'd like to return and stay at the Burbank Rose of course.

This has become our go-to spot every time we visit Newport.  Price is very reasonable and you absolutely can't beat the location b/c it's situated right next to the busiest corner in Newport so you're literally a 5-min walk from all the best bars and restaurants on the wharf.  Downtown and Tennis Hall of Fame are a fairly short walk as well.  Brian, the proprietor, is great!  Swell guy who is willing to throw in some extra perks during your stay as well as some really useful local knowledge - be it what beach to go to, restaurant to eat at, or bar to check out.  He's introduced me to some really cool locals as well while chilling outside the place in those chairs having a beer and just people-watching.  I don't see how you can beat this B&B in Newport and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great location and big comfy bed. It is an old house so our bathroom was quite small, but totally adequate. There are no staff onsite and it is self check in, but they were responsive when we had questions about parking. Lovely stay.

Great location and very nice rooms. Only complaint the TV streaming was poor. Could not watch anything without it stopping. Perhaps the router is out of range. Bathroom was tight but we managed. Tiny sink and mirror. Not ideal for hair and makeup. No area to place toiletries.Last thing, the parking late was half a mile away so if you find a closer spot I would suggest that.

We stayed at the Burbank Rose for one night and had a pleasant stay.  Brian greeted us, but if we had arrived when he was away, there is a prepared pamphlet with all the information you need to check yourself in.  There is a parking lot attached to the B&B, but that is only for loading/unloading; the associated parking lot is about a 5 minute walk and is uncovered.  The location is great; if your party is willing to walk a bit--just about everything is pretty close (the beach, Cliff Walk, historical sites, food, etc.).  The rooms are definitely vintage with a unique feel, but in exchange for that, the floors are creaky, the AC is a window-unit, the bathroom is quite small.  You do have to walk up a few stairs, so I don't think it is handicap-accessible.  There is no longer breakfast, but a cute room with coffee and granola bars available.  The price was very competitive when I was looking, which made the Burbankrose a good choice for us. If you are looking for a modern, new, easy accommodation, this probably isn't the place for you.  However, if you are looking for something more special, I would recommend the Burbankrose Inn.

Always a great stay!

Burbank Rose is a small B&B that offers comfortable accomodations for a short term stay. It is conveniently located at the foot of Thames Street where there are numerous bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. The rooms are not spacious but all have en suite facilities. Brian, the proprietor makes the guests feel welcome and will gladly recommend activities and restaurants that the locals frequent. Our room was the Northwest Room, located on the 2nd floor and adjacent to the common sitting room where a continental breakfast is served daily. The breakfast includes fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries as well yogurt, juice and beverages. The only complaint I had was the room air conditioner was a tad bit noisy, but not enough to keep us from getting a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the house is immaculate, and each room has some eye catching and interesting antiques and pictures. I would stay here again if visiting Newport.
