Very pleasant stay. Rhonda was very nice and helpful!

There room was very nice and clean. We had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable and I am very fussy about bed comfort.Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again!

Comfortable rooms, spacious, and a great aesthetic

Wonderful!! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed for a wedding, and we were thrilled with this hotel. The wedding reception was held in their adjacent building, which was also beautiful. Everyone is very friendly. We don’t get to this area very often if at all, which is a shame because we love this hotel. It has a great view of Scott’s Bluff, as well. Highly recommend!!!

Staff is excellent! Offered suggestions, were cordial, helpful, and genuine. Hotel was perfect for our state golf visit. Quiet and convenient for our families and team.

Rooms were modern, simple and beautiful! Staff were friendly. Minor "complaint", no breakfast options, but not a deal breaker for us.

This is a stylish hotel with quirky decor. The bed was amazing and I didn’t want to get up in the morning!For such a fab place, the breakfast is poor and there was only one hanger in the wardrobe! Overall a beautiful place!

Anytime we are in the Scottsbluff area this is our go to Hotel.  Makes you feel right at home.  Staff is amazing and all friendly.   Small bar for a night cap or mingle with friends.   They also have a room with slots.  We love relaxing on the 2nd floor patio.  Laundry available also.  I highly recommend.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful & amazing!  What an incredible experience for such a small community! The staff were very approachable and welcoming! The “vibe” was not at all what I had anticipated for such a small venue! Unbelievable atmosphere! The interior design was remarkable! I would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I just wish more hotels of this kind existed in the metro areas of Nebraska. It most definitely needs to be listed on the top!😊

This Hotel is beautiful! After a long trip, traveling from Arizona, it was a delight to arrive here and have a quick and easy check in. The receptionist who created us was great. The decorations in the lobby were so gorgeous and very inviting. The beds were amazing!! Got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Can not say enough about Hotel 21. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This hotel is absolutely amazing so modern clean and Interesting rooms are huge staff are friendly room had microwave fridge coffee plenty of storage and charging points also complementary coffe and cakes in morningHas bar on site and we ate at the steel grill which is also owned by hotel and it 5 min walk away and was also fabulous food wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent stay

Very nice place, new and spotless.  The hard floors were also very hard on my feet but were trendy and aesthetically pleasing instead of carpeting.  The lack of carpeting in the hallways made sound carry pretty effectively, which was unfortunate when several of my neighbors insisted on carrying on a conversation outside their door at 2:30 in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Stay here!! We had the best experience. The staff was friendly, efficient and even went above and beyond to call us when they noticed we had forgotten something in our room. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were cleaned and thoroughly stocked. Not to mention the affordable rate. If you find yourself in the Scotts Bluff area, look no further for lodging.

This was an amazing stay fro our family traveling back to Ohio from Yellowstone.  This hotel used to be an icehouse.  We had a view of the monument and bluffs out our window.  The lobby had a nice piano that my older teenagers were able to play.  They have missed their piano being gone for a few weeks.  This is not a chain hotel and is locally owned.  It’s very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was beyond friendly.  Highly recommend this place.
