Inconsiderate to say the least. Pretty much right outside our door at 7am, two men chatting and banging. Then they proceeded to start mowing and strimming.
It's Saturday morning ffs!!

The room is OK, clean but well used.
The receptionist very polite. 

Slept well, till woken at 7am by the gardeners! 

The manager is Devious and deceptive. Booking.com listed the room for $57. Was charged $90 for The first night. I Was told there was no weekly rates available. And guests informed me that they do offer weekly rates . A giant cockroach crawled above the smoke detector While I tried to watch TV. The direct TV barely functions. It mostly says no reception. At least the housekeeping lady is nice and professional. That is the only positive thing regarding somatel.

First of all, the pictures that they have on the Hotels website are not actually of the hotel. I don't know where the pictures are from but they  are not of the hotel. Second, the Hotel is in serious need of updating. Everything is old and in poor condition, such as stains and cigarette burns in everything. This establishment is well below the star level that they are claiming.

Overall avoid this place unless you are used to substandard accommodations and need a cheap price.

no microwave  cups from Holiday inn express  no carpet  no light bulbs on lamp other lamp you had to plug it in to work  dirty furniture  one set of towels  smoking room smelled like cigars I had a 3 day stay got locked out second night had to go back to lobby

Basically you’re getting what you pay for, no towels, no working fans, dirty, and smells like a smoker.

We were put in a hotel room that smelt like nothing but cigarettes and arm pits. Our bed sheets were disgusting, and our comforter had smoke cigarette holes all over! Horrible!

it took 2 people like 20 minutes to get me checked in and I had a reservation...then I went without socks or shoes in the room that night and when happen to see my feet I couldnt believe how black and dirty they were...they must never mop them floors.

This was the creepiest, nastiest hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay in! There were vagrant’s wondering around the parking lot, the man at the window was incredibly rude at check in, and to top it off several officers were arresting people as we left! We walked into the nasty room which smelled rancid and contained a mini fridge covered in mold, and immediately began making calls to be refunded our money. We only stayed about an hour at this place. The pictures online are not of the actual hotel!! It is not 2 stories or even remotely clean. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I woke up with stitches all over my leg, and we called the receptionist but didn't want to pay us back, and this motel smells really bad, and we ordered a non-smoking room, and it smelled so bad that they had to change our room, and the smell wasn't the same, but it wasn't terrible. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
