After reading the reviews i decided to spend the night and I wasn't disappointed.Very clean room and that's what I was looking for on my stay.The reviews are obviously are real because i checked it out myself.

Great value nice property.  Very pleased.

This is the 2nd time staying here while working in Conroe.  Both times it’s been quiet, clean, and the front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful.  When I need to stay a night or 2 while in town for work, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The room was spotless! Everything inside was very nice and well kept. I work out of town and will be making this my second home

Late check in and the lady at the desk was sweet.

The area was very good and the room was clean. I felt safe. I even asked for a down stair room and the attendant was very nice. I stay there all the time when I come work this area

The area is nice and quiet. I did not feel unsafe at any moment.

The hotel room was very clean, I used to travel for work quite a bit and know the goods and bars of hotel rooms. This one was very good. I just needed a room for me and my boys so we didn’t have to drive home late that night, the check in was easy, room was clean, and the boys enjoyed watching Home Alone 2 on our little vacation.

Great option that’s inexpensive. The only reason I put lower stars on facility was the breakfast options, but overall a great place to stay when traveling and needing to sleep. My room was clean and spacious, plenty of towels, a kitchenette area, couch and coffee table, tv, wifi. Anything you need during a typical hotel stay! Thanks Scottish Inn & Suites!

I had to stay there for multiple days because of a project I was working on about 15 miles away, they have a great staff. The place is extremely clean. It’s very quiet while I was there. There was no noise to even talk about or complain about overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning to this place every time I’m in Conroe.

Front desk very friendly,  room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a total let down, nothing hot or fresh, nothing remotely healthy or good for you. Coffee watered down. Was only a bunch of generic honey buns and brownie bites. Bagels,toast,muffins, fresh fruit, perhaps even something hot would have been nice, considering the nightly rate being as high as it was

Breakfast or lack of!!

Parking lots is small. Rooms were clean, beds were good, minni kitchen great appliances were all new! Love the cooktop! I was disappointed in what they call breakfast 🙁. Cereal, bananas apples, cheep honey buns, brownies , cereal bars individually wrapped out of a box only sour orange juice no apple juice in the dual side dispenser. No other drinks milk was in gallon only vD oh & coffee no creamer. Not exactly what you would get elsewhere

For a bare bones clean comfortable room it’s a decent place to stay overnight. The room had a microwave and a stove to for an economical extended stay for business it would do great. If you’r looking for the usual niceties as breakfast and manicured gardens this is not that. The choice of cable channels WASa nice touch. Overall a clean place to stay.

The staff were very friendly. I found our stay to be perfect. It’s a nice cozy place to stay and pretty modern. I like that it had stove top burners but unfortunately there was no pots or anything to cook over them so it was kinda useless. The room was clean and it was fairly affordable. It had breakfast included but didn’t have many options. Just a few prepackaged foods, cereal and fruits. Would recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, the property is well maintained, the staff were friendly, the rates are fair and overall a good experience. However I was disappointed with the breakfast and the coffee was absolutely disgusting. My only other complaint is that the beds are hard.. not firm but hard. I woke up with an aching back and hurting hips… Oh and the tv was super small

Not bad for the price

Clean landscaping, close access to freeway. It us next to an outlet mall that i was hoping to check out, but it us closed down. Gas and food close by. The breakfast was very minimal. 2 types of cereal, some fruit, mini muffins, danish. Room was nice, clean except for the giant water bug under the kitchen sink. Shower was amazing. Drain in sink very slow. Bed comfort was ok, but i did not deep well. Price is very affordable for the area.

Affordability no frills

The room was the cleanest we’ve experienced, I even appreciated that the corners behind the bathroom door was clean, a typically missed area. 
We had a kitchenette, two burner stove, little sink and fridge that had no freezer. Our kitchenette did not have cooking utensils, pans, plates, bowls, kitchen towels or dish detergent. We didn’t need to use the kitchenette so don’t know if any of that would be available if we had asked. 
We would definitely recommend staying here.
