Staff is nice, rooms are decent size for the price (which is the cheapest extended stay rates around), recently added new vending machines that are accessible 24/7. Really turning this place around lately.

Affordable and friendly

Great place to stay if you want a prison experience like most their other guest seem super familiar with. This place is a cesspool and management could care less. I was constantly harassed sexually had a drunk knocking on my door from 3-5am. When I turned these guys after me politely declining had no problem threatening to shoot me and stab me and management never took it seriously because I didn't get it on tape or video. But after feeling I could no longer deal with the BS I wrote a couple notes and guess what they want to kick me out. For writing a couple notes after these guys have been threatening me and sexually harassing me I'm the problem? They said I should have called security but security actually hangs out with those the worst the worst. I'd rather sleep in the dirt or the trunk of my car another night here so they actually did me a favor. This is bottom of the barrel and management seems like they are all their buddies. Plus my free fridge froze everything sink is unusable and I asked management about getting some drain cleaner they said they could even carry it. I'm actually a hotel maintenance manager and the thought of a hotel not having is unheard of. Half the rooms seem to have bug infestation. In fact the people in the unit next to me had some of the worst bed bug bites after spending my night here than I've ever seen on anybody. And then having bed bugs is the nicest thing I can say about this place because the people are nothing but trash.

Cellblock full of drunk sexual predators & bed bugs!

They kicked us because they said my son hit someone  with  a  door  I  asked  for  proof  they  refused  to  show  me  but mike the manager said that it was corporate  kicking us out but to be honest  I  think it's  because  my son us mentally  challenged  we never had the police called  on us we stayed to ourselves  mike smoked in the lobby told us that it was his lobby his rules he also said that not all cameras  worked then one of house keepers chelsea  threatened  to kill our dogs my boys were made stay inside and stay with me while  other children ran through  the lobby screamed and  almost knocked people over there  were cockroaches and mice which they never  did anything about we to sit out mice traps ourselves and they said we was in remodel  room but it didn't  look remodel people upstairs  would stomp on the floors all night and slam doors the rules are different  for everyone

Terrible  place

Checked in at 5pm and paid 330 cash up front for a one week stay. I looked at the room. The room was dirty but I decided I could clean it myself.  I went to Walmart and got cleaner and paper towels and a cheap mop. I went to taco bell on the way back and got a burrito.  It was dark outside when I got back . I flipped on the light and there was roaches crawling on the walls. I killed them then washed my hands. I sat at the edge of the bed and opened my burrito.  I looked over and there were roaches coming out of the bathroom sink drain. I looked down and had on in my lap. I threw my food away. Grabbed my stuff and checked out at 7:15pm. They would not refund my money and now I have to deal with small claims court. They did offer me another room! Ha ha ha.....would you like the same nightmare experience in another room? 🤣 okay......you have been warned. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Literal Definition of a Roach Motel

Roaches aren't that bad,the price keeps going up especially extended stay. A lot of meth heads and homeless around. The management makes their own rules some of them being illegal. The security company they use is a joke and very incompetent,if you do call the regular police for anything you will be kicked out which is not legal cause their security company they have doesn't know the law and they are poor at their jobs.

We stayed a week. I went to the office every day from day one amount for a refund and to speak to Management but was ignored. Bugs crawled on us in our sleep and was all over the food plus housekeeping never once brought toilet paper or clean towels. Won't return. Picture of under the bed was room when first came in... Mice, Roachs, No House Keeping

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were roaches crawling on me nightly that would wake me up. I put down glue board traps next to each side of the bed to catch them (pictures included). The place was filthy. There was some sort of a clear glue all over the old, dark yellow (used to be white) shower curtain liner which had caught about a dozen roaches in it. I replaced the shower curtain liner. Literally, I went to Walmart and bought a new one and hung it up and threw away the old one. The refrigerator didn't work. The smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds from a low battery, so I just took it down. There was a roach in the microwave when I first used it. The TV was from 1990 I think. No batteries in the remote control. I put some in there for them. The sink didn't drain and filled up just quickly washing my hands. The toilet leaked so the water was constantly running, which kept me up at night as well. The tub has some sort of a mold all around it. Cigarette burns and stains on the blanket. I didn't want to see what was underneath. I put my own comforter down on top of the bedding and slept on top. Drug needles on the ground by the dumpsters. Trash and filth everywhere. Just walk in the lobby area and look at the elevator where there's no wall on one side so you could fall out or be killed while the elevator is going up or down. And the place just stinks to high hell in the room. There was also nice graffiti on the wall in the bathroom area, did I mention that? Lots of kids and families actually live here and one toddler ran back and forth across the floor (my ceiling) in the room above me, shaking the walls until at least 2:00am every night. Unbelievable place. It should be shut down. I'll sleep in my car for a better experience.

The roaches own this place

This is not a hotel. This is a flophouse for homeless and struggling people. It's quiet enough but you lock your door and mind your own business. Management changes almost weekly BUT the maid and handyman are amazing people who do their work well and with a smile. Please, if you stay here, be aware that this is it's own type of community. The same goes for the Super 8 and La Qunita next door. If you're looking for a nice hotel for your family THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Stayed and paid for 1 week 02/16/2018. walked in microwave was broken, room not cleaned, no towels no toilet paper, found meth pipes in dresser drawer, fire alarm in room disconnected laying on refrigerator but going off every five minute and worst off all covered in coach roaches in the bed,, all over walls, in microwave in bathroom crawling on us because I called for new room and I was told there was no room available and had to wait until morning to talk to management. They tried to put me in new room same problem and would not give me refund and was told they had the coach roach problem under control better. I have shared 5 photos but I have over 50 photo of the coach roaches in a 2 hour session

Did not have clean carpets what so ever! If you take a shower and you walk on the carpet after your feet will turn black. We had multiple instances with police coming and arresting people when we were told not to worry about police. Watched a guy run from the police and had about 10+ cops there. Crazy. I wouldn't recommend. Spend 20 extra dollars and get a better hotel.
