My long flight from Singapore to New York left me completely exhausted. In my haste, I jumped into a taxi without arranging a hotel transfer and arrived three hours before check-in. The trouble started immediately: I accidentally left one of my hand-carry bags in the taxi. I realized it too late, waving frantically as the cab pulled away. Thankfully, Mr. James Crowley, the hotel transportation staff, witnessed my distress. He immediately took action, driving his bus after the taxi to flag down the driver! Because of his quick thinking, the taxi returned, and my luggage was safely recovered. Back inside, Miss Ana at reception saw how worn out I was. Realizing my predicament, she graciously allowed me to check in three hours early. I also appreciated the friendly guidance from the hotel ambassador, Junior, who showed me the facilities. These three staff members truly saved my arrival. My stay was made incredibly pleasant thanks to their genuine, helpful assistance. I strongly recommend this hotel!
