A lovely hotel, rooms spotless, customer service amazing, especially Romeo and the lady on reception( didn’t get her name) , staff so helpful and polite. Now for the negative part, been home almost a month and like other people on here still haven’t received our deposit back, despite emailing twice requesting this. Come on Sonesta this is spoiling your reviews!!!
