They have great customer service. The receptionist Mo was very patient and polite. He resolved my issue right away and my time at the front desk was quick; he had me in and out. Will definitely book again! 10/10

    What was good

    I liked the location of The Hotel @ Times Square. A short walk to all the main attractions of Times Square was amazing.

    What was bad

    The front desk staff wasn't friendly. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Also they offered "Continental Breakfast". There was nothing Continental about it. Stale bagels, waffles and mini muffins. They had boiled eggs everyday. What about scrambled eggs at least? No kind of meat at all. I guess I was taking too long a
