Lovely  friendly and helpful staff. Room clean nice location, comfortable bed, great for for 3 star hotel. Despite been very booked it's surprisingly quiet. We had a lovely stay and would  definitely  come back.i would  recommend  adding breakfast to your stay it's lovely

I stayed 3 nighs a week between jan 27th till March 14th. 
I've already mentioned about super comfy beds and exceptional staff. Over time it seemed they were friends and nit just providing a service. This was my first Premier inn experience and I'll recommend this to everyone. Staff would run to do jobs for you like clean cups extra pillows etc. Can't praise enough.

Really good service, great price, good room size and so clean will definitely stay again. Room size was fab and the room was so clean with good amenities.
Reception very welcoming and will definitely stay there again. Great breakfast and really good selection too.

Great nights stay and it was all down to India, she went absolutely above and beyond. Her greeting on our arrival was perfect. When we got into the room the heating wasn’t working and she came and sorted it out for us straight away. She gave us some great recommendations and was super friendly. India is such an asset to your brand! Thank you!

Lovely warm welcome from India and information given. We were a little early for check, but we were offered our bags to be stored whilst we went next door to the pub for a coffee.   Breakfast was booked during check-in to which was a very good choice of both cooked and continental. All staff very welcoming. The room at this premier Inn was absolutely spotless, better than some 4* hotels  that I have stayed in. This is the perfect base for visiting Zip world

Stayed for one night while visiting our son at University. We had a lovely room, personally cleaned by Stephen. All the facilities you need and expect from Premier Inn. The Premium rooms are even better if you are prepared to pay a little more. Slept well and had a good breakfast too. Friendly and helpful staff.

We been traveling around for bout 1 week, stopping in all different Premier Inns on the way. You just know what you get. Brilliant service and great, clean rooms. This was no different, thank you for looking after us.

If you're looking for a good base to explore Anglesey this is perfect. Check in was quick and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, bigger than other Premier Inns I've stayed in. Bed was comfy and spare pillows and cover were provided. The room was very warm so we used the fan! Good nights sleep, no noise despite the room being quite close to reception. Will definitely stay again! 

Fantastic hospitality from The ladies on front desk during my stay for a work trip (28-9) and very helpful and friendly. Very informative on the meal deal option and a credit to the organisation. Lovely to chat to India and her colleague (tragically I forgot the other ladies name) which is a massive blunder on my part as she were equally pleasant and helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Base Will Stay Again 

Great experience and a happy ongoing corporate customer 

Started here for five nights while on a business trip so I had a good opportunity to watch the hotel and restaurant teams in action.   

The hotel is a solid, quiet, and clean facility. The bed was comfortable.   

The restaurant food was good and the full breakfast had a lot of options and I was glad I purchased it with my reservation.   The restaurant has a full bar.  When you purchase breakfast with your hotel,  the front desk will even make your dining reservation for you.   Be sure to reserve a time as this restaurant can get busy.  

The best thing about this stay was the people.  Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable.   Special shout outs to Ian in the restaurant for being so friendly and to Nicola at the hotel for not only being friendly but her commitment to taking care of the hotel guests so well.

A great stay

A few days in the mountains near by. The location is why we decided to stay here so we could make the most of the area, with free parking theres no extra charge is a bonus. Always a friendly face on the desk and plenty of spare tea and coffees for when we got back. It was a great stay, we would return.
