This is our third stay at Lakeside and this is our absolute favourite place to holiday in the UK. Karen and Tim make us so welcome and I am genuinely sad to leave. The self catering accommodation is well appointed and is an excellent standard. We stay in the two bedroom self catering accommodation. The cottage is lovely and cosy and has all you need for a lovely weeks stay. The bedrooms are large and both benefit from being ensuite which is an excellent feature. Clean and modern throughout with lots of lovely touches. Books, walking books, board games, Netflix, DVD's all on hand if the weather is rubbish or you just need to rest your legs! Local walks are easily accessed from the accommodation and Tim and Karen are on hand with advice should you need it. The added benefit of breakfast either in the guest house or delivered to your accommodation is brilliant, the Breakfast is fantastic with a wide range of choice. Freshly prepared and supplied with what my mum describes as the "best coffee". All in all Lakeside is just a perfect place to stay.. We can't wait too be back!
