On arrival was met by Mags our host . Mags made us welcome from the outset the room was spotless warm very homely. New year's eve we were given a drink and chocolates from Mags which we thought was a lovely gesture. Thank you both for letting us stay in your beautiful home your amazing hosts. highly recommend if your looking for accommodation in whitby. 

Stayed here for two nights in November as a birthday treat for my partner. Lovely property with lots of character, spotlessly clean and friendly owners.  Good value for money especially for Whitby and only a short walk from the town centre.
Will definitely return.

What can I say about this lovely place well I can tell you plenty! Mags and Paul are the friendliest, warmest welcoming people you could meet. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, well stocked with added little touches to make you feel special. This is our second visit and will definitely not be our last. 

My mum and I recently stayed at Park Dene and it was fabulous, the greeting was lovely from Paul, the room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities was provided with an added touch of a packet of biscuits and a little mint chocolate. Park Dene is in a great location as its a short walk away from the town centre where the beach, amusements, bars and restaurants are. Great stay and would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. 

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay in the Kelly room.  The room has everything you would expect, is well laid out and was very clean.  
Although we didn't meet the hosts, we were in contact with them by text and they responded immediately to the 2 requests we made.
The location is uphill from the harbour, approx 15 mins walk, and great for walking off the fish and chips and other treats.
Parking was easy and included in the price. You are issued with a voucher on arrival to display in your vehicle.

Me and my Partner stayed here over the previous weekend and Paul and Mags couldn’t have been more accommodating for us ! We requested non-dairy milk and decaf coffee and they were more than happy to provide this!
Super clean room, lovely cosy atmosphere and two beautiful dogs we had the pleasure of meeting!
I fully recommend a stay here more for a lovely get away ! Cannot fault it !

Having stayed here before when it was bed and breakfast, we knew all about the high standards that Mags and Paul run their business. This is the first time we have visited where it is room only, but we were not disappointed. Everything is catered for all your needs, and the rooms are spotless. Should you bump into Mags or Paul, they are always so welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Whitby.

So happy I found this gem of a place as it was just perfect! We stayed in the Benji room which is in the attic and had a lounge area and free standing bath. Room had everything you need and the bed was super comfy with divine pillows. Parking was right outside and we were gifted a parking permit for the 2 nights we were there. Its only a 10 minute walk to the whale bone. Would definitely stay here again on our return. 

Absolutely spotless the guest house is so clean very impressed. 5 min walk from the shark bones and ticket provided for 2 day parking on Road outside the guest House. Lovely couple who own it too. Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms

Beautifully presented room, very clean.  Perfect location for local amenities.  Very friendly owners Mags and Paul, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend for holidays or short getaways.
