We have a the best 4 day at no. 30. It was a special birthday and all our family and friends could stay in the same house. The bedroom are lovely with lovely pillows and comfy beds all with on suits. The kitchen is fabulous with everything you could need. The outside area was fantastic it was a little sun trap with plenty of seating for everyone. It was spotlessly clean would highly recommend this holiday home. The whole booking went very smoothly with excellent communication thank you for more wonderful memories 

We stayed for one night room only basis. Check in very smooth, we had room 1 on first floor. The room was large and very clean. In addition to a very comfy king size bed there was also a leather sofa. En-suite bathroom was very clean. Tea / coffee available.
Location was excellent for Whitby town centre (approx 5 min walk away)
We parked in Silver St car park although the owner does have permits available for on street parking.
We would definitely stay here again on return visits to Whitby.

Myself and my patner stayed here on Saurday night after booking last minute.
We were greeted by a lovely,friendly gentleman who gave us our key.
We were on the top floor in a beautiful attic room.
The room  and ensuite were very spacious and extemely clean.
The bed was very comfortable and we felt completely safe during these uncertain times.
Hudson is in a good location as only 5 mins walk to the centre.
We highly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Myself and my sister stayed at the Hudson for the goth weekend! We throughly enjoyed our stay the Hudson is very clean and the location is perfect! Will Defo stay again and recommend highly! Facilities on point

We loved this place.  The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, then left us alone for the duration of our stay, although we knew where they were should we need anything.   It was a brilliant concept, not having to think about having the room unnecessarily cleaned when towels etc would be mixed up and our stuff being moved around.

My wife & I stopped here for 1 night on a last minute trip. I emailed and asked if we could check in early which wasn’t a problem. Easy to find up near the West cliff. Our room was small but with everything that we needed. Clean & cosy.. Check in was easy & straight forward. Would recommend this B&B...

Great location. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and our room was beautifully decorated and well equipped. No breakfast is served in this establishment; however there are so many places to eat in Whitby, it is not a disadavantage at all. The quality of the rooms more than compensate. Comfy bed, crisp white linen and fluffy towels. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in room. Will revisit when in Whitby and can highly recommend.

This is a very nice place and well located in Whitby. Parking is a challenge but there is a car park not too far away. Our hosts were very nice people and carried our luggage up to our rooms. Our room was one of the re-done suites that is advertised on their website. The room our daughter and her partner had was smaller but fine. Both rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and linens. It was quiet and represented good value. 
A few suggestions for improvements:
- provide bar soap
- provide a second hand towel
- put up a couple of hooks in the bathroom
- provide instructions re: heat

A Good Choice in Whitby

Goth weekend

We had one night stay here a couple of weeks ago, the room was large and clean but threre were no toiletries in the room and the tea and coffee etc. were downstairs in the reception.  Having booked on Booking.com, the description on here also suggests it, we were expecting breakfast only to be told on the Sunday morning, quite bluntly "You're 3 years too late for breakfast". The room is well located but £88 for a room is a lot when there are no toiletries or breakfast.

Expensive for a bed

We stayed here for one night with a couple of friends.   The rooms were clean and tidy.  I found it strange that there was a kettle in the room but no cups, tea,coffee etc.  When we went downstairs to go out for the evening we noticed it was on the side downstairs to help yourself to take up. (We were not told this). Rooms quiet chilly. There are no toiletries in the rooms.  Bed not the comfiest.  When we went down for breakfast we were told they don’t do it anymore even thought when we booked it through booking.com it says can be with or without breakfast
