Had a lovely stay at Waltham Abbey hotel friendly helpful staff lovely breakfast. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

Nice stay, wonderfully staff,very nice breakfast indoors. Next door pub very convenient , nice and delicious food.Room has no air condition in the rooms and it's hot but room nice and clean.......

What a lovely hotel the greeting was really nice from the lady on the desk when we arrived. We were sorted out very quick and got to our room ,the room was clean and well stocked with towels etc . 
The only thing was it was hot and the fan did not keep us chilled but fortunately i had brought another which helped .We had booked breakfast which was the nicest one i had the cook was friendly her name was Theresa and the waitress who greeted us with a good morning i hope you slept well in this hot weather, her name was Angela  both ladies were lovely, helpful and friendly. I will be back to this premier inn most impressed

Hotel itself is very nice .,location very convienet for us to rich London. Pub net door is good and food is delicious.Staff very friendly , we are travellung around and I can say that staff is probably the best .Hotel do not have air conditioning in the rooms.....

Easy check-in with friendly and professional staff — shout out to Nicola at the front desk! Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a convenient, pleasant stay. Thanks again to the lovely staff

I booked this hotel for my mother and partner that are in there 70’s for a family gathering.

Very welcoming staff upon arrival very helpful in every aspect of there needs,

Room was clean with everything you would expect within a double room.

Booked them for breakfast as well which they both said was fresh and very plentiful with very friendly helpful staff to hand.

All of the staff at this premier inn  were all very helpful, especially Nicola at the front desk. Despite coming down for breakfast late they helped and managed to squeeze us in for breakfast at the last minute. 

Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good value and did what we needed it to one night stay to save a long drive back after a wedding. Very clean and welcoming staff polite and well presented. car park was close by and well lite so felt it was safe to leave the car there even though next to a pub. Room tidy, but TV hard to work out what was on and limited chanels.

Very nice hotel, I come here regularly for business and I really recommend this hotel to everyone . Friendly staff very helpful and always ready to help . Shame they don’t serve dinner but breakfast is absolutely lovely . The bakers arms is very convenient I adore the location !!

A warm and friendly place to stay

Lovely experience for my family.

The hotel is a little dated and dark, not the best Premier I've stayed in but it was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating and as a solo traveller I felt safe. The room was far too hot (June) but a floor fan was provided. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the cost. WiFi was patchy despite paying extra it access didn't last as long as I'd paid for. 
The hotel was very convenient for the venue I was visiting.  Excellent pub next door, good food and friendly staff, made me welcome as a solo customer.

It does what it says on the tin

Stayed here as it was not too far from tottenham stadium, by car or train. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn't an issue either, breakfast was great value staff friendly. Now the awkward part being nitt picky, room was always musty as you walked in but soon went when fan was on or window open, room itself was a bit dated in decor, could have put a fridge in as ample of room. Maybe Wifi could be upgraded to superfast for fee instead of the 8mb. But like I say, being nitt picky. Would defo stay here again if i was in the area
