The Halfway House Inn

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was large and spacious, decorated tastefully with matching furniture, a TV, coffee making facilities, bottle of still and sparkling water and a hairdryer. The bathroom, although a little tired was immaculately clean, with complimentary toiletries. The bed was comfortable. We were accompanied by our nervous anxious dog. We asked for a quiet table for breakfast and the meal we had in the restaurant. The staff, especially a lovely lady whom I didn’t catch her name, bent over backwards to accommodate us to make sure we were at ease and our dog was relaxed the whole time, even at their busiest time, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. We had a little issue with our TV, that was sorted again making sure everything was perfect for us. The food was delicious. A full English breakfast to start the day. The evening meal was also of a high quality and came piping hot. Would definitely recommend a stay here, it’s also a great location to get to places.
