We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful b&b. Larissa and Will were warm, welcoming and excellent hosts. The cooked breakfast and spelt bread was delicious. The farm was tucked away from all distractions (dont wory, wifi was still available!) in a beautiful location. Staying at Resparveth Farm was ideal for visiting Eden project and St Ives

My wife and I spent two nights at the farm and thoroughly enjoyed it! Great food comfortable room and good company in Will and Larissa. Locally Veryan is worth a visit with a fine gallery and separately the tearoom /watermill. Also lucky enough to spot hobbys along the lane leading to the farm!

Okay - we requested quiet B & B's and I do not think this can get more quiet than this. The small SMALL roads leads you to this actual farm surrounded by sheep and cows. Together with the dog you are welcomed by the hosts who do everything possible to make you feel at home. And they succeed! Nice quaint and cosy farm; our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing .Too bad we could only stay here for one night as I truly enjoyed the hosts outgoingingness (is that a word?)....

Wonderful B&B

LOVED IT

Wonderful. a great touring spot.

This B&B is very difficult to find. We took a turning before their lane on our way out of Grampound Road (that is the name of the village) and found ourselves in the midst of a load of transport lorries. Their lane is unmarked and is extremely narrow. There is a turn-off to the right down this lane which leads to the farm house. If you are lucky enought to get this far you will see a building that (I texted my kids) is like some prop out of a horror movie starring Peter Cushing. The path to the front door is almost non existant. The entrance is also dark and foreboding. But the house must be about 300 years old - at least. 
And that is where the bad news stops. Our room, though it had no real view, was comfortable and quiet on the first floor. Breakfast was the standard English but if you want extra of anything, just ask. The husband went out every morning to pick our tomatoes fresh. And while I am talking about him, he has a beautiful singing voice.  We caught him unawares one day and were serenaded to a beautiful voice.
If the road to the house was better I would probably give it a better star rating,  but this would not stop us going back - it is a great central point for visiting all compass points in Cornwall.

Hard to find

This place is an absolute disgrace!
The room was tiny and absolutely filthy! We had to clear a load of spiders, flies, grasshoppers and other insects out of the room before we could settle in, there were DOZENS of cobwebs all over the room. It was dusty, smelly, disgusting. How these people can take money from people to stay here I do not know. We arrived in the evening, if it had been any earlier we would have left and not stayed, but our daughter was already asleep. 
The female host in particular wasn’t very friendly, there was no information about how to work the shower, the WiFi code, breakfast etc, and when we asked we were made to feel like an inconvenience. 
We asked to have breakfast at a certain time as I had an appointment to go to in the morning and it wasn’t done at that time at all, there were flies ALL over the breakfast room which made it very unpleasant, and when we asked for a high chair we were again treated like an inconvenience, even though they knew we had a small child with us. The cereal was stale and out of date, and the whole time we felt very uncomfortable as though we were intruding on the family’s morning, not that we were paying customers!! 
Would NEVER come back here and think these people should not be allowed to take money from the public for this filthy ‘b&b’.
