5/5 had a fantastic stay from the minute we booked in. We were greeted by Kayleigh, such a welcoming friendly young lady so professional with a bubbly personality, We met kayleigh again when we went for our meal spoke to shiella too, we have food preferences which were catered for by Jess. Everyone of the staff were helpful friendly and a pleasure to meet. The following morning we were greeted by a lovely man for breakfast (so sorry I didn't catch his name) we will definitely come back here,

Great breakfast! When we arrived there were no free tables but we waited  on comfortable sofas with a coffee. Plenty of choice on the menu. The entire staff were really friendly and efficient, restocking, clearing and cleaning without ever needing to be asked. Will certainly be returning.

Great welcome and explanation of parking, smooth check in. Always a comfy bed! 
Lovely breakfast, good service from staff offering us take away pastries. Clean hotel with vending machine if you needed anything. Was quiet overnight even though near shops etc.

staff were great, especially the guy in the restaurant helping is with the gluten free options, couldn't do enough for us, great service.  
lots of restaurants on door step, short walk to the multi storey car park across the road.

friendly staff & good lacation

When my office colleagues suggested the PI for a group breakfast I was surprised, but was very impressed by the quality and quantity of the food available.  The staff on duty were very friendly and polite and I would definitely recommend this venue to others for a breakfast meeting.

Excellent Breakfast

Came with a friend for breakfast this morning. Extremely impressed with the variety. Cooked breakfast fresh and eggs cooked perfectly. Ning very polite and helpful. Tope marks to the chef too. Great price for everything that's included. Will definitely be returning.

Premier breakfast @ Premier Inn

Really helpful and pleasant reception and restaurant staff. Room was clean and spacious. Convenient parking outside. Breakfast and evening meal were excellent price/value. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex to help with. Thank you for a pleasant stay. 

Excellent service

Fantastic customer service from Francis. I rang on my journey to see if there was a possibility to get an earlier check in. Francis said he would speak with housekeeping. On arrival Francis greeted us with a huge smile and had sorted our room meaning my daughter could get ready for her gym comp. The room was alot bigger then usual and had space between the single beds and double bed.
The breakfast was fully stocked and the very helpful chef Eric replenished the eggs and warmed the croissants on request.
I reported to Francis that there was broken glass in the corridor just down from my room and within the time it took me to put my case in the car and return upstairs the hallway has been cleaned.
Overall a fantastic stay with extremely good customer service from all the team members. 


Fantastic customer service

Stayed for a family event and whilst we were there I needed to work.

We had an upgraded room and it was fantastic. Great facilities, really clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had to get some items to help with my work and Mick on reception was great. The housekeeping staff were really excellent too and I loved the fact that you could ask for your room to be cleaned (or not). The rainfall shower in our bathroom was amazing with loads of pressure and constant hot water - one of the best showers we've ever had in a hotel and we've travelled all over the world! And the bed was so comfortable, we slept really well - the adverts do not exaggerate!

We'll definitely book again! Thanks to all the staff.

Really clean rooms, great facilities and staff is exceptional!

Absolutely LOVED my stay! The beds were comfortable, the facilities were clean and easy to use and the location was perfect (very close to Bath and Bristol by train). The breakfast on Sunday was fantastic, there was so much to choose from and the staff were incredible friendly and helpful, especially NING and AIDA.  Thank you so much for the lovely service!!!
