Came to Torquay with my partner for valentines, room was very clean and satisfactory, and the food was wonderful. Excellent service, needed first aid and was helped by Megan from reception. Thank you so much for your quick and friendly service

We booked the hotel due to its great location, easy walk into the center of town. Plenty of parking available when we arrived, cost of parking was on par with other local venues. Front of house staff were very attentive and breakfast was great

Very good nd the staff r very friendly nd the food is very good too nd room r very clean too nd u get tea coffee nd Milk anytime u wot to at the reception desk nd if u need anything u can ask reception nd thay will get it the staff in the restaurant r very friendly nd helpful

Brilliant hotel. All Staff helpful and friendly. Megan was great sorted a lovely room for my parents, extra pillows and showed them how to work the heating and coffee machine.  There could do with being more milk n sugars in room however you can get these from reception. I Will definately booking them in again. :)

We had a lovely premier plus room with a few little extras in our room. The fridge was very welcome. We had a great Seaview.
Both receptionists (Sam and Anna) were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer any queries we had. The hotel is in a great position for the beach and theatre

A really a clean and pleasant hotel, nice shower and bath room, good pressure using the shower. a  good quality self service breakfast, secure parking, good location by the seafront and harbour.
We just love the location of this hotel, we never have any issues here. 
Just the place we can call too at short notice.

An evening at the theatre preceded by a stay in the Premier Inn. The hotel being located on the seafront is a 10 minute walk from the theatre and town centre. 
The room, we had a “Plus” room, was very comfortable and overlooked the seafront. Good amenities, just ideal.

This hotel is very convenient for the beach and just a short walk from the town centre. We managed to park easily in the hotel, but there was also a public car park next door. It was quite a long walk to our room, so if you have mobility needs you should let them know. The staff were friendly. It was a but chilly in the bar area, so we had to put our coats back on. We would go back. We couldn’t get hold of reception on the phone, but they responded quickly to an email. 

A great hotel for a relaxing stay in March for two nights have stayed here many times and enjoy the walks along the sea front around the harbour and just for siting on the many available benches along the harbour sea front

Lovely spacious room. Heating easily adjustable. My son's room was directly opposite mine. We had the meal deal. Great choice on the menu. I had a delicious chargrilled salmon with veg and fries, followed by banoffee sundae. My son had ribs with fries, followed by chocolate brownie. Both meals were tasty, got and fresh. In addition, the staff have my son a 'mocktail' for his birthday (he's teetotal). This was very much appreciated. Lovely short break. Thanks to all the staff.
