I went to Tamworth to watch my grandson play rugby and this was the hotel the school had booked. The staff were friendly, the bed comfortable.the bathroom ideal, very clean, nice and central to shops and eating places. The only problem was the insulation from sound from the room above mine. Someone started walking at 5.30 until they went out at about 7.. There was no USB plug for the mobile but the staff brought me a plug. 

Excellent stay at a competitive price. Room clean, well equipped. All staff friendly and welcoming without exception. Ate at Beefeater for evening meal and breakfast. Food quality exceptional for the price. All staff so helpful and friendly 

This hotel is perfect for Drayton Manor and the Snowdome, and ideal for shops and restaurants over the road. We visited all three.  It has a Beefeater onsite, or you can wander across the road to the chain restaurants. If you forget toiletries or need addition clothes there are a few supermarkets and clothes shops under 5 minutes walking distance. We were lucky enough to have receptionist called Jenny who gave us a very warm welcome and advised us of local things to do, I was very impressed with her. We stayed 3 nights here and would definitely stay again.

Had a amazing week with you the staff was all so lovely we would really say it's the place to be. You have all the shops and pub on the door step a sort stroll to the town will be staying again soon. Thank you all 

Exceptional good service. I left a personal item behind and one of your staff Jenny took the time to package it for me and print out the printer label I emailed to the hotel for the courier to pick it up from the hotel and deliver to me. Also you have a very honest housekeeping services and one of the housekeeper must have found it after I checked out and handed it in to the receptionist. So thanks.

Arrived Christmas Eve a couple of hours before official check in time but that was no problem for Gail on front desk...she checked us in and supplied us with several items we requested very promptly. Took our breakfast bookings and generally made us feel at home. Been to this hotel probably a dozen times and they are always excellent.

Stayed to visit Snowdome, staff blew us away with how friendly and welcoming they were. Room ticked all the boxes too for what you'd expect from a premier inn.

Highly recommended, especially for visiting the snowdome.

Fab location for SnowDome and NEC, lots of shops at the retail park too. A great weekend away for a birthday. Handy distance to nearest supermarket and the Beefeater offered a good selection of food. Gail served us at Breakfast, she was friendly, helpful and very polite. 

We stayed at the hotel as it was the perfect location to attend a family wedding. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed a walk around the beautiful castle grounds before we left.

Comfortable stay

Very friendly staff and brilliant location

Found the Premier Inn very clean and considering its location neara busy road the soundproofing was excellent. The bed was a little harder than we like and the water pressure in the shower was poor but otherwise it suited our purpose. We ate a full breakfast and one evening meal in the Beefeater next door but found the food disappointing in quality although the staff were brilliant and very friendly

Christmas visit 2022

Upon arrival at the hotel we recieved a warm welcome from the check in staff who took time to interact with our chatty 4 year old. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The room was comfortable and practical as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The only reason it was not a 5 star rating is the time waiting for the evening meal. Trying to keep a hungry and tired 4 year old happy with an extended wait is not easy.

A warm welcome

Staff very friendly and accomadating.  Only issue was finding out the price hikes for Next years RTTW when we are loyal returning guests and recommended to others.   Their should be some form of loyalty discount, but they are unable to do! Thats dissapointing, so may not return next year as £60 hike is too much...

But book a table in advance as it can get busy at peak periods and times.
