Hotel and rooms are clean. Lovely staff and friendly. Hotel bar got good choice drinks from alcohol to soft drinks. Restaurant food was good but poor vegiterian choices. If any. Breakfast continental style was good with plenty to choose from. Cooked breakfast looked good but I don't eat cooked breakfast

Great location and clean comfortable room for the night. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Tesco below was super helpful for food, sadly breakfast wasn't early enough for us. bed was comfy and quiet, just what we needed for the gala in the national pool of Wales.

Excellent location for walks along the Marina, and walkable distance in to the city centre. Always very friendly and helpful staff and very clean room. The most comfortable bed and pilllows! Best night’s sleep! If one is driving and has a car in Swansea, this hotel has a huge parking lot right next door (uncovered) and the cost is £6.00 to park for 24 hours (the machine only takes coins). Very handy having the little Tesco on the premises as well. All in all very good value for money and a lovely area to stay in while exploring Swansea.

We decided to travel to Swansea from Oxford and stay for one night to be rested and relaxed ready for a wedding the next day! The good thing for us was check out at 12pm! We had a lovely meal in the restaurant on arrival which wasn’t pre booked by us but they were happy to provide a time slot of 7.45pm! The room was as you’d expect in a Premier! It was a quiet night! The only criticism was the bed was a bit hard! Breakfast was good but they’d run out of hash browns, black sausage and couldn’t do veggie sausages! Everything else was good! We did the meal deal and it was excellent value for money! £10.99 breakfast and for an extra £17 each you got a starter and main or main and dessert and free drink! I had cider and my wife white wine! My main meal alone was £15.99 on the menu! Lovely location for a walk in the evening! Give it a go!

Warm welcome from reception. Room as expected from Premier Inn.
Website advised about scaffolding (due to windows being replaced) and also advised the rooms would be getting an upgrade when windows complete. 

This is a city location and you must bear this in mind when booking.  When windows are being replaced work starts at 8am (also on website) this didn't happen during our break 27 - 30 Dec. However, there was early noise from refuse collection and a delivery, though not excessive. It was peaceful at night time. 
 
Extra pillows are provided if required.  You will have to ask for a mat for the shower if required.  Rooms are only cleaned/towels replaced during your stay if you ask  at reception.  
Tea/coffee not automatically replenished - this is available at reception to pick up as required.
Basically if anything is needed reception are helpful. 

Breakfast is served at the Beefeater attached.  Continental and cooked available. The cooked is kept warm and is better than what we've had at another budget chain. Our evening meal at Beefeater was spot on.

If you don't want to eat at the Inn, you are just a 10 - 15 min walk from the town Whetherspoons, Ask Italian  and other eateries and pubs.

We were aware before our stay that car parking is £6.00 for 24 hours (£5.00 for 12 hours). As this was a winter stay we were on the car park for more than 12 hours overnight.  Download the RingGo app is easier as you have to let your 24 hours run out before you add more time. You can use the app from anywhere. It costs 20p to use the app for each instance of parking.

Overall our stay was pleasant and we would go back.


Had a great time, lovely place to stay, friendly staff always willing to help, plenty of things to do with a beefeater and Tesco nearby and great view from the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Was staying in the area whilst visiting family. I spoke to a lovey gentleman called Ben  in the corridor and asked him what there was to do in the area. Not only did he let me know he also said what there was to do further a field. We ended up taking my nephew to folly farm. I found him to be very polite and informative and very personable. Thank you Ben. 

Good location. Stayed here for the first time before Christmas for a joint birthday treat for me and my girlfriend.  5 minute taxi ride into town or 10-15minute walk. Winter wonderland 10 minute walk away.Only downside is the £6 parking charge.

Overall a lovely stay, the room was  a family room and was big and spacious, both kids had a single bed each. The hotel and room was clean and fresh. Breakfast at beefeater was lovely, beefeater was also clean and welcoming. Overall couldn’t fault it, great service, good location and nice hotel.

Comfortable stay.

Great customer service

The staff were friendly & efficient.

Double bed comfortable but unfortunately the single bed my son used was very hard & uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin he came into our double bed. 

The wifi broke & did not work during our stay but the staff apologised. 

Food was good & had a wide selection.

Unfortunately the kitchen fan wasn’t working during our evening meal so the dining area was very smoky but again the staff apologised.

Overall a fairly good stay with a couple of minor issues.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for one night. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and so the look from the outside isn’t very attractive with scaffolding everywhere. However, once inside, it is a good old traditional Premier Inn! There is a large car park right next to the hotel and that costs £6 for 24 hours. There is also a small Tesco just underneath the hotel. There are a few bars/ restaurants quite close by, and there are more shops and bars about a 10 minute walk away. There is a Beefeater bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and that was perfectly adequate enough for us to have a couple of drinks and a meal - staff were all very friendly and efficient too. We had a very nice breakfast there too. There is a small reception, which is permanently staffed, and then lifts up to the rooms. The room is your standard Premier Inn look - perfectly comfortable and clean. The view wasn’t particularly good, and we had hoped we might get a view of the water, but as there was scaffolding in the way anyway, it wasn’t a big issue. We were happy with our stay here, and would certainly use it again.
